I came to the service, explained the situation and said about a replacement for a new laptop, or a refund, the employee said it was a trifle, etc. Sent to the service center for a week. After they called, they said the defect was not detected, although it is, respectively, I no longer expect a refund or replacement for a new device. I do not recommend this store to anyone, it would be possible to put zero, I would!

I wanted to buy an honor x8b as a gift. I placed an order in this store. He was successfully accepted and told that the delivery would be the next day from 6 to 10 p.m. The next day, they called and said that there were some problems at the border and they could only deliver it in 2 days from 6 to 10 pm. I was understanding and agreed to wait. As a result, the order was not delivered. The courier called after 10 p.m. and said he would be back in another 20 minutes. I just declined the purchase, reading the reviews along the way. Thank you, but I'd rather overpay 70p than risk it when such a setup started at the start.
