There are 3 houses on the plot, 2 for rent, one is the owner's. Of course, there is no space, but everything you need is present: a barbecue, a pavilion with a large table, a speaker and karaoke, as well as a swing, a trampoline.
House: lots of beds, single and double beds in the rooms. There are 2 bathrooms, but only one has a shower. There are necessary utensils, and if something is missing, then the hostess immediately brought the necessary things.
Among the shortcomings: audibility in the house.
The hostess is pleasant and welcoming. We did not cross paths with the residents of the neighboring house.
In general, for a couple of days, a good option 👍

The house is good, there are many places to relax. The main disadvantage is the owners. They live in the neighborhood and are constantly nearby, consider it normal to enter the site, enter the house, make comments, go about their business (which I consider unacceptable when the house is rented). Everything is paid in the house, even billiards for a fee (they take a lot of money). In general, I liked the house, but the attitude and behavior of the owners greatly spoiled the impression.

I would have given 0 stars if I had the opportunity. The house may be normal, but the hostess spoils the whole vacation and prevents you from resting. They're always making comments and sticking their noses in, which looks crazy when you seem to have rented a house. In short, if you want to spoil your vacation, then choose this place. I don't recommend it.
Comments like "why don't you close the door to the house", smoked a hookah on the street and immediately questions and suspicions 😂
In addition, there was some garbage in the kitchen and hallway. During our vacation, they started mowing the grass. Dogs and cats from the neighborhood walk around the yard. Gazebos with collective farm tablecloths. The toilet does not close as far as I understand, and there is old soap in the toilet.
There is a sauna, but it is not a fact that you will want to heat it. It will be necessary to kneel down so that it is flooded 😂
