Of the advantages, the neighbor's cat that walks on the roof fully corresponds to the name.
But the rest of the impression is not very good.

Content. Two buildings, one residential, the second is a sauna. We haven't been to the bathhouse, I can't say anything. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen combined with an entrance hall. It's not very convenient. Dirt from shoes and immediately a table, a refrigerator. Bathroom, toilet. Living room with TV - 6 channels (stairs to the second floor. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. One has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds. There is no second bathroom, it is a problem for a large company. The water is either from a well, or from a well, but with a smell. The water is very soft, so it's a big problem to wash the dishes. The water from the bottle was boiled in a kettle - a white coating, it is not possible to drink tea. Tea bags, instant coffee...
ordered food. We agreed on the menu for 1.5 days, as a result, we cooked not that, but a lot. They refused further cooking, but the contract says that the money is not refunded))) so you ate, you didn't eat, you pay.
As a result, there is nothing to live in, but no more than 4 people, a small kitchen, one bathroom. I don't know how to solve the problem with water.
Do not take food or do not pay in advance.
The owner imposes his drinks, a sauna in every possible way, haggles for every ruble. When they tried to return the money for the food, he stood up dead, under any offers, just not to give it back.
