I ordered a lawn mower. Wednesday to Saturday. A call is made 2 hours before delivery. Suddenly, there is no such model anymore. They offered a couple of others to choose from. Chosen. A courier arrives and brings the third option, not what I chose. The manager from the store "oh yes, I've already decided not to call you, take this one, it's even better" - in fact, of course, it's not better, but they brought it, just what it was. I strongly do not recommend working with this store on any product. How much should he disregard the buyer when he has his own joint? Agrox.by is a bad store that does not know how to work with the customer.
