I recently had a chance to stay at the Ayser Hotel, and I want to share my impressions. From the very beginning, I liked the hospitality of the staff – they were very friendly, explained everything in detail, helped with the accommodation and answered all questions. It feels like every guest is really taken care of here. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. The furniture is modern, the bed is comfortable, the bed linen is fresh and smells good. The bathroom is perfectly clean, and all necessary accessories – from shampoo to towels – have been prepared in advance. Special thanks for the good sound insulation: it was comfortable to relax, nothing bothered. I will also note the convenient location of the hotel. Nearby there are shops, cafes, transport stops – everything is at hand. At the same time, the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, no fuss. This is especially convenient for travelers: you can easily get to the right places, and in the evening return to the atmosphere of comfort and silence. The breakfasts at the hotel were also pleasant – delicious, varied and satisfying. There are both classic dishes and light options. Everything is fresh and neatly served. The staff at the restaurant is attentive, always with a smile. I would especially like to mention the atmosphere: you feel at home in "Icer". This is not just a place to spend the night, but a space where you can really relax and unwind. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail – from the interior to the service. In general, the hotel "Ayser" left only positive impressions. An excellent combination of price and quality, a high level of service and a cozy atmosphere make it an excellent choice for trips – whether it's a business trip or a vacation. I will definitely stop here again and confidently recommend it to my friends and acquaintances!

The hotel is good. The administration is polite, but I didn't like the staff who knocked 10-15 times until I got to the door to open it. And she wanted to scream that she would come in. In response, she was rude about the time already. So she went on to all the rooms, knocking hard, mumbling. Even if it was time to vacate the room, you could politely say so. I won't go to this hotel anymore because of the staff. I begged for the slippers myself, by the way. You don't know which towel is for your feet, which one is for your face. All the towels are in the dryer together, for the face, for the body, for the legs

There 's an old building here , a former hotel . Everything is old and a bit dirty , I would not advise anyone to stay there . I can't say that the staff is professional. Now they mostly rent rooms there for offices , which is also not very convenient .

Relatively inexpensive, clean, spacious. The furniture does not fall apart. Maybe even an orthopedic mattress. After 14 hours at the wheel, it went with a bang. Friendly and professional staff. Minor plumbing problems (poorly fixed toilet bowl. I waited a long time for cold water to run and hot water to go, although at 2 a.m. this is not surprising). A very good breakfast buffet, for a modest 1,500 tenge.

I often stay at this hotel, in different rooms. Disadvantages: hoses are passed through in shower cabins, there is no soap dish somewhere, you have to put it on the floor. The backlight of the mirror does not work in any room, is it really so hard to replace a penny thing. No slippers. The bedspreads should have been changed long ago. Check the air conditioners. Update the towels, the edges are peeled from time to time. A three-star hotel, if the owner does not invest, will become "dead" in a couple of years.

The hotel has been in need of renovation for a long time. VIP suite (6th floor) cost 20,000 tenge This amount does not even include a basic breakfast. The air conditioner doesn't work. The beds are flattened. One plus is the city center. Breakfast separately costs 2000 tenge sooo meager. There are cheaper hotels with smaller rooms but freshly renovated and with good food. 2 arrivals per location.

The double bed is narrow and old. A towel and a bathrobe slipper for two is only one set.The smell in the rooms is not pleasant.There is no hood in the toilet.In general, very poor conditions.I won't come to this hotel anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone.

When you enter the hotel, the smell is already unpleasant, the room is dark, there is a smoky smell, cockroaches are running around on the bed. It's a good thing that when they came in, they saw them right away, didn't spend the night, took the money and left. Get rid of cockroaches, make repairs!!!

The first impression was very good, but unfortunately it quickly changed. Indeed, the administration has something to work on. Although it seems to me that the hotel management knows about all the shortcomings, well, it is impossible not to notice them. I will briefly state: everything is very old and requires replacement or repair, all sockets are gouged, the phone is a problem to charge, there is such a mess under the bed that you need to rake it out first, it's cold in the room, the battery is slightly warm and this is in December, all the fittings on the windows are gouged, the horror blows, the mattress is hard, the pillows are terrible (I had to go and buy it is impossible to sleep otherwise), Wi-Fi catches terribly, all the furniture is old and shabby. We stayed in a hotel as a group, the problems were the same in all the rooms.

The hotel itself is good, but unfortunately it is clear that the repair has not been done for a long time. The price is not expensive. But the quality is all the same. The carpets are all dirty. There were cockroaches in our room. The air conditioner is not working. The staff is very rude and not friendly. One girl at the reception is talking very rudely. I said if you don't like it, leave, we can't help you. She yelled at us. We asked the administrator , she said that she was the administrator herself. But she's standing at the reception. She threatened that if we complained, she would call the cops and write statements against us, and figure out what to write. And we're not going to prove it. We came with a company and we were full of people. I met this for the first time in my life. In the hotel as such, or not, or they don't care about the management. In general, the reception there is God and the king. I do not recommend this hotel, see for yourself. If the staff is changed, then maybe everything will be fine. The only thanks to the maids who are polite and for cleaning every day.

Just a terrible hotel, firstly it says a 4-star hotel that does not even come close to these 4 stars, the rooms are so small that it's just terrible, the staff is not well-mannered, the attitude is terrible. The bed feels like it hasn't been changed for a week, the breakfasts are about nothing at all, just sliced sausage and tea, that's the whole breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

The location is only good, and the rest is just a shame for Taldykorgan. Recently, athletes from the city of Shymkent came, I was ashamed. It's dirty, the smell is there, I looked under the bed, the devil himself will break my leg there. Windows and balcony are a separate topic. In general, I urge the administration to do its job better!
