There was no administrator on site, we waited for about 25 minutes, but in the end I went to the first doctor myself and asked to see us. There was no initiative from other doctors passing by impressively.
We were told to wait again, and then the therapist comes out to us, having previously said: "Well, it's my turn again." Then I explained what we needed, showed that the passport has everything you need. We were given a seal on the clinical examination without going into the office and without touching the patient.(by the way, I did not need this, since there were no complaints), but when asked to put a seal on the processing, where there were official stickers from manufacturers of Simparica, Milbemax drugs, the doctor refused in a not very polite way, rolling her eyes, began to say that she would not do this, so as the treatment was not done in the clinic (most likely the question was about payment, since the current cost of drugs is not small). I began to explain that for five years I have been treating my pet with the same drugs (there were none in the clinic here), since he has a high sensitivity of the stomach, that I always glue the manufacturer's sticker and in all countries, clinics put a seal on me, since this is completely my responsibility for the treatment and the drug. At this point, the doctor began to be rude, allegedly I interrupted her, although there was no such moment, she began to talk in raised tones and ended up saying that now it is FUNDAMENTALLY not for her to put a seal. A very dubious person for working with animals, for whom any access to a pet is equated to "well, it's my turn again." I am glad that her hands touched my dog, because the attitude towards animals is "on the level". Unfortunately, I do not know the name and surname of the doctor, since, of course, no one introduced himself.

It seems that their thoughts are somewhere else, they get confused in their testimony, they forget about basic things. For example, they may forget to clear the examination table after the previous patient. In general, you always need to keep an eye on them and keep an eye on what they are doing.
