A few days later, two specialists are doing kidney ultrasound in Aigerim and find these stones. They are referred to a urologist, and the urologist prescribes treatment.

Клиника Айгерим в Актобе одна из передовых в городе и узнаваемое медицинское учреждение. В частности на ул. Пацаева 7/1 самый большой филиал. Приходилось лечится здесь и сдавать анализы. Радует то что после сдачи анализов методом забора крови с вены ля любых исследований ведут вас в ватсапе и по их готовности, отправляют в ватсап pdf файл, который можно сохраниьь в документы и распечатать. Так же можно забрать готовые результаты на стойке выдачи. Рекомендую данное мед учреждение однозначно

Проходили исследование ЭЭГ 24 часа. Само оборудование, конечно, не очень надёжное, провода крепят на пластырь, затем бинтуют голову, то есть фиксирующей шапочки нет. Если надо сходить в туалет, провода складывалось в рюкзак.
Медсестра всегда присутствовала, палата средняя, но нам не мешало это. Когда записывались, операторы говорили, чтоб еду принесли с собой, но по итогу в клинике кормили, причём очень вкусно. С пациентом разрешают, даже приветствуется, чтоб рядом с ним был кто-то из своих, даже кровать предусмотрена. Невролог Нуркеев А.К. хороший специалист.

Персонал отзывчивый, всегда выслушают и предложат лучшее. Специалисты замечательные. Отношение к клиентам индивидуальное. Время ожидания по разному, к врачам по записи и по времени, а вот анализы в порядке живой очереди.

Просто развод на деньги . Посылают туда сюда а причину выяснить не могут . Половина врачей некомпетентных . Придумали скидки на кт и МРТ и поголовно всех туда направляют . А нормально выдать заключение по снимку не могут .

С вниманием отнеслась ко всем его сомнениям и вопросам, подробно объяснила происходящие в организме процессы, рассказала о ходе операции и восстановительном периоде.

Проходила УЗИ мягких тканей по направлению бесплатно через ОСМС, сняли быстро, но приходить нужно заранее, чтобы успеть по времени, прежде чем попасть в УЗИ кабинет, пишут в направлении не тот кабинет, а направляют дальше❗️❗️❗️

Клиника не плохая по местным меркам, качество обслуживания иногда ниже плинтуса. Записаться бывает невозможно, телеграмм бот непонятно для чего сделали, не перезванивают. По телефону могут трубку бросить. Иногда приходится общаться на уровне бесплатной поликлиники, то есть пока не поскандалил, ничего не добился. Зато очень часто идут навстречу и находят окна для обследований. К девушкам на кассам претензий нет.

Не врачи а "индейцы", ресепшн вообще "бешеные собаки". Может быть я ошибаюсь и наверняка есть отличные специалисты в области медицины - здесь их мне не приходилось видеть.
