Unfortunately, I am writing a very sad review.
Yesterday, my husband and I came to Astana to explore the city for a day and, of course, could not help but go to this recreation park. But we were in for a huge disappointment.
The first impression is the lack of air conditioning (or simply that they did not work)
You enter the water park - the first thing that awaits you is your tearful eyes throughout the session (from the amount of chlorine), the water from it is so cloudy and uncleaned, on the steps near the slides you step not on water, but on dirt, some brown liquids. Some kind of woman in the bathhouse, who didn't care so much that her beautiful child took off her bra and just played with her breasts, spanked, squeezed. With the national culture, she didn't care that the male sex was watching. I had to remind her that she is in a public place, and not in the mother and child's room (of course, the claim is not to the park, but to the mentality as a whole)
Most of the guys who work on the slides do not care how and who rides ...
All this, probably, could have been tolerated if not the final touch is a puddle of boiling water on the floor in the hammam. Well, that is, you just leave the bathhouse and step on the way not just on the tile, but at the same time into the boiling water to cheer up. Well, this ruined the rest of the pastime at least because of a severe burn at a temperature of +39 (and we came light without renting a house just to walk all day and night), the locker room is stuffy again. While you're drying your hair, you're already all wet and sweaty again because you don't need a conditioner. And that, that there is the same heat as on the street ...
In general, it all ruined the whole mood, the impression of the place and people. It looked like everyone was happy with everything, everyone likes to bring children into this mud.
I regretted that I gave a chance and did not turn around to return the tickets as soon as I entered the water park. I didn't fight with the guys on the host, no matter how it all concerns them, they didn't do it all. But it's a pity for the money spent... I definitely would not have returned to this place ever again.

The capacity of the water park is 1500 people, but with such a full queue on these 7 slides, with 5 of them leading to one staircase, on which a crowd is formed due to people with buns, the other two are allowed after 12 years or after 160 cm, respectively, the main flow goes to these 5 slides, so here The stairs can't cope with so many people, the cleaners also don't have time to dry the floors. There is water on the floors, and therefore even the most non-slippery tile becomes very slippery, water drips down the stairs. Terrible conditions. Don't set foot here anymore. Two stars only for the price. We got under the action for children under 12 years old. Thanks at least for that!
