They bought a bicycle for their son, asked if they needed to look at it when buying, said no, it was better for them to go themselves. As a result, the gears were poorly switched, the flaps fell off, the brakes were not adjustable. The son turned, the gears remained, the flap fell off again (a constructive flaw), but we consulted before buying, the brakes were not adjusted, they said that they squeaked it was normal (although I later adjusted it myself on the Internet). In short, there is more (at least behind the bike) not a foot
