Good location, everything is close. The Rukh Museum is 100m away. The place is quiet, lots of greenery, rose bushes on the territory, friendly staff, excellent attitude. There is a kitchen, you can cook. The rooms are simple, but there is everything you need.
Cons: very tired bed linen, blankets, pillows, mattresses. The WiFi is weak.
