Then I decided to make an appointment for a haircut - I'm calling on Monday, they're making an appointment for Friday. Then I think to clarify, I call on Friday an hour and a half before the scheduled time, they tell me that there is no recording, and no one is even trying to solve the situation, although everything was fine with the recording before (a couple of days at most) and it was pleasant to communicate with the person who recorded, I had to change the location.
