On 12.09.2021, I purchased movie tickets at the AkkallaMoll shopping center, at the address: microdistrict 29a, 51, at the NAR Cinema cinema. We wanted to take food with us to the gym, but there was nothing in their store, at the cinema, except popcorn, which neither we nor our autistic child eats. That's why the food was bought at the store. Because of this, the cinema and the administrator did not allow us to attend the session, referring to the fact that the rules of the cinema do not allow you to bring your own food. When we showed them the law on consumer protection, that this is not a legitimate ban that violates the law, we were told that they did not care about this law, that they were private owners and it did not concern them. The receptionist and the staff almost send you away with obscenities, they gutted the whole baby bag. The employee did not want to hand over the ticket when I said I would write a complaint. The money for the tickets was not refunded to us, as the session had already begun while we were sorting it out. We have written a complaint to the antimonopoly agency and the Consumer Protection Committee.
