I rarely write reviews, but how not to leave when everything was done at a high level. Nowadays, it is difficult to find high-quality goods and professionals who would competently give advice and help in choosing.
Rakhmet to the Akstroy team! I bought laminate flooring in the summer, now it still pleases the eye.
And the most surprising thing to me was the quality. The other day, when they gave heating, water started coming from the new radiators. I couldn't stop the water for a long time until the plumber from the KSK came running. In general, the floor was flooded decently. I was upset because I thought that the laminate was ruined and would swell in the morning. But for several days now, the laminate has been lying like new. My wife and I were delighted! Something like that)

I was looking for laminate flooring in the apartment on the Internet, contacted the store via WhatsApp. To my surprise, the response from Ak-Stroy did not take long. I communicated with a manager named Shamil - a polite, pleasant young man, professional service, attentive to my questions and details. In general, I received a lot of Shamil with my requests, but, nevertheless, three types of laminate made it to the finals. All that remained was to go and decide on the winner! A good location for the store is on the one hand Armada, on the other hand OBI. "If I'm not lucky at Ak-stroy," I thought, "I'll go to the neighboring shopping complexes." There is Parking at the store, Shamil kindly went outside to meet me so that I would not wander in search (I just drove into the wrong place), helped make the final choice of laminate, explained everything about the rules of delivery of goods. All my questions were answered comprehensively and I even got the impression that a little more and I would try to lay the laminate myself :)
All subsequent contacts with Shamil were the same professional. He made several more calls after my visit to Ak-stroy about the delivery of my order and once again advised me on the correct temporary storage of the laminate before laying it. By the way, the purchased volume of laminate was enough so that I did not have to buy something else or think about where to put the extra slats. Thanks to Shamil for this, he made a calculation according to my plan for both the laminate and the skirting board on the day of the laminate purchase.
It was a woman's review. Of course, for men, my review will not be very valuable, but for women who have started repairs, I think my review will be useful!
