But the reception desk leaves much to be desired. I came to this clinic from another city, they mixed up what they shouldn't have and created unnecessary problems for me! In addition, they cannot provide qualified information and recommendations about doctors over the phone. A separate topic is an employee of this clinic, a dental technician who works in the branch at the metro station. Academy of Sciences. This is a horror, not a customer's attitude! After the confusion due to the reception staff, I began to resent their lack of qualifications, in response, this woman (a dental technician) literally started yelling in my direction, discussing me in raised tones with other employees. And in general, she did not behave adequately! I really regret that I did not leave my review there on the spot in the complaint book so that the chapters. the doctor was aware of the inappropriate behavior of his staff. My treatment required her participation and presence on my next visit. I came back from another city, and she just wasn't working on that day, even though the date had been clearly agreed earlier. The reception staff again did not bother to contact me in advance and notify me of the absence of a dental technician. And again they created an unnecessary problem for me! Perhaps it was done on purpose. This is the approach to clients in this clinic! And the attitude in their other branch was no better. Sometimes quite incorrect.
