The building looks good, the location is controversial - there is no normal store in the area. Air conditioning is generally a separate topic - it's always hot and cold. There is no fresh air in the open space at all (special thanks to those who came up with large rooms without opening windows, it is not possible to breathe indoors). In short, if you want to visit the sauna, then welcome to the business center "Academy". One more thing, in the morning the ventilation smells rotten.

The BC itself is normal, still fresh. But some toilets don't have toilet seats. Toilet 1 on the floor is also so-so. Of the advantages, there is a gym and a cafe right in the building.
