I called the call center and was given the phone number of the manager in Tashkent. He wrote down the call and the address and then didn't call for two weeks. I'm calling the call center again. They gave another person's number. He also listened to everything, demanded photos of the broken parts and the location, and for the third day he has not shown himself in any way. It seems that the main thing for them is to sell windows, and then they don't care.
