Don’t come here if you want to get premium service, plus you will be stressed out how they talked you!

Nursing staff should learn how to get children into the veins, or they should purchase special vein scanners, which are available, for example, in defactum. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic, of course, if you have been recommended a certain doctor and you need to visit him at this institution, then I am very sorry for you. Before going to this clinic, get ready to stand in a huge queue (even if you have an appointment). This is no longer the case EVEN in state polyclinics and hospitals. You will also have to see an unfriendly attitude towards you, as if you owe something to the staff of this clinic, and you will pay a lot of money there. Ultrasound, tests, CT scans are all about 2 or 3 times more expensive than anywhere else in Tashkent. At the same time, the clinic staff does not even try to help in any way and side with the patient or enter into his position, to understand. They just smiled and nodded at my requests and attempts to find an adequate solution to the problem.
As for Dr. Gulnar Khamitova. After the hours I spent in this clinic, I demanded my money and for consultation with this doctor, no consultation was provided (I will attach a piece of paper to the review. It only shows a referral for expensive tests in this clinic). Also during this "consultation", people constantly came to the doctor and the doctor also consulted them right in front of me, sitting on the couch. I did not receive an answer to any of my questions and was sent, again, for expensive tests. So I did not take the money, because the doctor assured me that within two weeks I could contact her and ask questions and a second consultation was also provided, allegedly this is what caused such a high price of "consultation". As a result, there was no repeated consultation, I myself suggested that the doctor contact me by phone first, then I decided to go to the clinic again. To which the doctor replied on the call - "I can't help you in any way, not my case." All this time I have only one question why send for CT, ultrasound, tests if the doctor cannot solve the issue and initially at the first consultation could not even answer basic questions.
In general, I do not recommend the clinic and this doctor to anyone. Just waste your nerves, money and time.

The call center operators answer all your questions about the clinic, doctors, and voice prices for a particular procedure, if you are interested. They make an appointment with a doctor or tests and so on. For me personally, there are some inconveniences when I cannot explain myself in Uzbek, and the medical staff cannot speak Russian. Not critical. I involve third parties for translation. But of course you can't explain it in detail. Prices are biting, but where is it cheap now? Everything corresponds to our time.

As a result, the tests were passed, Helicobacter pylori was found, the doctor was also 15 minutes late for a repeat appointment, this is the norm, she did not answer the question why her stomach hurts, she just said that it was not because of the bacteria. Well, the doctor prescribed medications and left her contact if you need to ask something, I contact the doctor by phone, I ask something, sometimes she just ignores the questions, to my last question how a colonoscopy is done, she said come to the clinic and consult with an endoscopist.
