There is always a working staff to solve issues, excellent cleaning. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking maid, who leaves comfort in the room after cleaning.
Breakfast is served from 7 to 11 am in the hotel restaurant, a variety of dishes are cooked deliciously, the amount is regularly replenished, so it is comfortable to have breakfast at any time of the interval. There is a roof terrace with tables.
The room is replenished with water, tea, coffee, cream, bath accessories (good quality, not diluted).
Towels and a mat are changed daily, and bed linen is also optional.
A clean, comfortable bathtub. A soft mattress and two sets of pillows per place.
An iron and a board are available on request.
The manager was interested in the satisfaction of the service during the stay.
There is a refundable deposit of $ 100 (refunded upon check-in, the amount is deducted from the bar menu if you used the mini bar)
For suggestions/comments:
The accommodation includes a sauna and a hammam. We were told twice about the need to book a visit time. The recording is only from noon. We adjusted the time, signed up for a specific time. When we came by appointment, we were told that there were other people in the hammam now. As it turned out, the visit is free and not individual. That is, it is a public place where no entry is required at all. We only need an appointment for the spa program, although we have announced several times that we only need a hammam. It seems that all the staff is English-speaking, I did not understand what the problems with the explanation were.
Overall, I recommend a wonderful hotel. On the next trip, we will not experiment and come back here.

Among the advantages: The convenient location of the hotel, a delicious variety of breakfasts. The rooms are small but cozy and clean. The air conditioner was working, everything was fine!
At the reception, they take a $ 100 deposit, return it if everything is OK. They speak only Turkish/English, you can use a Google translator without any problems. You can also ask for an iron, there is no extra charge for this 🙌🏻 But the staff (cleaners, waiters) do not speak English, only Turkish 🤗
The hotel itself is very beautiful, the veranda is amazing!
Of the cons : Cardboard walls and noise from the early morning cleaners : (All this is audible and it is impossible to sleep properly at least until 8 am ... The door to the bathroom in the room does not close, not everyone is comfortable with it
I would like to return, but to a bigger room, with the hope that it will be quieter there

The hotel is located next to the metro and Taksim Square, as well as Istiklal Street. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is pleasant. Cleaning every day, towels were changed every day, bathroom accessories were also added. There is a kettle, tea, and chocolate in the room. Water was brought every day. There is also a snack bar, but we didn't use it. There is a restaurant on the top floor, our breakfasts were included, everything was delicious, the waiters were friendly. There is an outdoor terrace on the roof with a wonderful view of Istanbul. Upon arrival, they took a deposit of $ 100 from us and gave it back after check-out. The staff speaks English. There were three of us, there was one large bed and another single. The air conditioner was working. A friend had a birthday and the staff made a pleasant surprise - a cake with a candle and a box of juice. The cake was very tasty and fresh, not store-bought. We really liked it. Next time I'll stay at the same hotel.
