There was a misunderstanding with the transfer. Practically no one speaks Russian in the hotel, although there are a lot of Russian-speaking tourists in the hotel. The entrance door is crooked and does not protect against noise at all. The windows do not protect from noise on the street, even though the room faced the offices. The hotel is located on a very noisy street. The breakfasts are monotonous. There is no dental kit or slippers in the room. There are no dressing gowns. Although the hotel is 4 stars, it is probably only due to the tourist streets and restaurants with views of Taksim and a small piece of the Bosphorus. The room was cleaned efficiently. But every time I had to remind them about drinking water. Mattresses are very soft, if you have a bad back, then this can create a number of problems. Our excursions were very intense and we wanted to come to the room to relax and get enough sleep, but unfortunately we couldn't do that. An amateur hotel. If you have a good night's sleep and you are ready to walk for a very long time to the main locations, then the hotel is suitable for you. If your goal is shopping, going to restaurants, then the hotel is suitable for you. If you call a taxi, navigate in terms of a shortcut, then the hotel will do. The area is safe.

A super hotel with excellent staff. I really liked the waiters, especially named Kadyr, who treated us to delicious Turkish tea on his own, and the girl on the morning shift with a flower clip on the morning shift and the girl on the evening shift who praised my Turkish. There are also very friendly guys at the reception and the cleaners are very kind, despite the fact that their work is not easy.

The breakfasts on the 6th floor are varied and delicious. Room cleaning is excellent! I really didn't like the standard room - you open the window, and there's a wall. The room is completely unventilated, the room is stuffy and the temperature is 28 degrees, it is not possible to sleep. You wake up in the morning and you don't know if it's morning or night yet! Such rooms should be marked economically, it is not comfortable to live in it. Take rooms of a different category.

Excellent location, monotonous small breakfasts, but you won't stay hungry, terrible audibility, as we came across a family room with doors to the next room, I listened to their Instagram videos all night, and drunken conversations until I fell asleep, it's good that the neighbors were only on the last night. I didn't go to the Spa, I didn't have time. In general, everything is there, if you just spend the night, then I recommend it to myself, the price and quality match. I'm a location 5, everything else is 4. The view is still cool from the restaurant where the breakfasts are held, they are on the roof.

The hotel is normal, I didn't like that we were accommodated in different directions of the hotel, to get to the restaurant on different elevators. Upon check-in, the deposit was drawn at 100$🤦🏻♀️, but the location is very convenient. The breakfasts are not so varied, but there was plenty of satiety before lunch. We cleaned every day, changed towels.

Everything is fine, rooms, breakfasts, service! We stayed a second time and our standard of living was increased. The room is large, 2 1.5 beds. One disadvantage is that it's noisy at night and during the day, but it didn't bother us, we walked so much that the noise didn't interfere with sleep.🤣 I couldn't find a better hotel location, only AKKA)))

A very cool, soulful hotel. In general, I really love the Akka chain. I know that the service is always excellent here
The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kremlin street, where tourist trams run.
We took a Deluxe room. Huge ceilings. Exit from the balcony to the square
All bathroom amenities are available in the room.
A good breakfast on the roof of the hotel.
By the way, from the roof of the hotel there is just an awesome view of the Bosphorus and the bridge from all the Turkish TV series))

The hotel itself is very stylish and pleasant, the breakfasts are excellent, the view from the restaurant is quite pleasant! But I didn't like the location of the hotel in reality a little (sooo noisy) and the sound insulation of the rooms is not very good at all. You can hear every step in the room next door and from the hallway when cleaning begins!
Next time, I probably would have chosen a different hotel.

I was given a room that is combined by an interior door with an adjacent room. So, due to the fact that this door had a huge gap through which it was even visible whether the neighbors' lights were on or not, I had such audibility, as if the people from the next room were in mine! So I didn't sleep for two nights, because drunk neighbors at one o'clock in the morning were just starting to have fun with all the loud sounds of the relationship between a man and a woman. In general, such rooms are given to families so that their children are in an adjacent room. It was terrible.
Mosquitoes also flew in the room (in the month of November!).
And I was especially pleased that upon arrival they charged 100 euros for "suddenly using the minibar", but the mini-bar in the room turned out to be empty. I had to ask this question myself for a whole hour to get this unfortunate minibar filled out for me. Because if I were evicted, the cost of the allegedly used drinks would be deducted from me.
Conclusion: customer orientation is zero.
I liked the breakfasts and the location. But because of the above, I will never go back there.

Very tasty breakfasts! Great location! Everything is clean, cleaned every day. Fresh renovation! I really liked the fragrant scrub soap:)
The sink drain was broken a little, the water did not go well.
There is no Russian-speaking staff. Basic knowledge of English will not be superfluous, but even without them it will be possible to get out, since everyone is very responsive!
We had a room with windows to the courtyard where the restaurant is located. It will be noisy until very late at night on the weekend. But we walked around Istanbul so much that we were able to fall asleep anyway and this fact did not affect our vacation in any way.

A great experience of staying, the hotel was chosen by chance and, as often happens, chance turned out to be with us. It was possible to notice only the advantages:
1. Excellent location, 3 minutes from Istiklal, but at the same time the noise did not bother, just in case earplugs, because it would not hurt.
- beautiful restrained interiors, the combination of graphite dark wood and white marble pleases the eye, I also really want to note the interesting and memorable scent of the fragrance in the lobby
- the rooms themselves are quite spacious, high ceilings, large windows.
- comfortable beds, good pillows and high-quality bed linen
The most important impression of punching is the amazing service. All the staff speaks good English, are very responsive, helpful and attentive.
We really enjoyed our stay, we really want to come back again and on our next visit to Istanbul, the choice of the hotel is obvious

Nice hotel! The location itself is in a strategically necessary area - within walking distance of Taksim Square (metro, bus, tram), and Istiklal pedestrian street. The hotel has stable Wi-Fi , food - breakfast was taken, excellent. The hotel manager offered lunches and dinners with a 20% discount, an iron on request. Towels are replaced daily. We recommend it!

The hotel seems to be good, but it's a solid three, the only plus is Istiklal Street is within walking distance (in two minutes), but the elevator broke down on the first day of our stay, and it was not repaired in 4 days..Tired , walking 30 tons of steps every day , and coming up terribly uncomfortable stairs is just crazy . Even the cleaners were tired of running back and forth across the floors , they tried to show us that they no longer had the strength , despite the fact that they were already old . The food is not varied at all, it's the same every day, the only thing is the porridge has changed)) Otherwise , it 's an omelet with vegetables , cheeses , sausage , sausages , vegetables , fruit salad , croissants, waffles , cookies and puff pastry pies with cherries and apricots .we didn't have time to take out the plates , we asked more than once , we said yes now , but in the end we sat and waited for 15 minutes. The same goes for the appliances , the tables were cleaned , but the appliances were not put down . The view on the terrace is certainly beautiful!
We went to the sauna every evening, it was dirty, the boards themselves were very dirty, and the doors too. There's dust everywhere (towels are not monitored, we visited the towels right in the sauna, we didn't clean up after ourselves, unfortunately the cleaners didn't clean up either, so for two days)) every time we came in and dirty towels were lying everywhere , it was not very pleasant .
There are no toothbrushes or toothpastes, no hair balm, and no bathrobes in the room. We cleaned every day . It was April 26 , and it was terribly cold in the room , and their air conditioner only works in the cold . The rooms are very small, but in principle, the two of us seem to be normal, if we assume that we only came at night.
The photo basically shows that the room is 4* 4)) there is already a bathroom and a small closet behind the wall.

Of the disadvantages, they planted on the 1st floor with a balcony, in Russian this is the second floor, but still, it's too low, they couldn't change it.
The balconies are beautiful,
The breakfasts are amazing, everything you needed.
We ordered extra orange juice, we did it well 2 times, the third one is pulp, it is impossible to drink.
The location is perfect, the area is pleasant.
We walked to another hotel where we wanted to take a room, realized that we were not mistaken, the aura of our hotel is much better) They also gave a cake and wine for his birthday, and on March 8 they warned in advance in a letter that the entire square would be closed. Z-Care!)

I do not recommend it! The room was tiny, and we took turns moving around it. The bathroom door is made of glass, there is zero noise insulation. Breakfast - it would be better not to take it!
In conclusion, to all the negative impressions, they asked to call a taxi at the reception. It cost twice as much .
