It is quite comfortable waiting for a car, you can have a snack, drink coffee.They wash cars without complaints, I would like to resolve the issue with recording not day in, day out, and in case of lack of places, make a postponement tomorrow afternoon with confirmation of the visit in the morning, for example. It seems to me that with the spread of the store of all sorts of small things, the aesthetics of this place is being lost.In general, the feeling of service is quite favorable so far I am completing my review! All comments were promptly corrected, which indicates the caring attitude of the owner to the client!Cleanliness, comfort and excellent washing quality!I recommend it!

I washed the car after painting the bumpers , I warned the administrator , the administrator believed that this was not a problem , they washed it, blackened it, drove to the Assumption , the blackening was washed away by rain . I highly recommend this sink. Of course, the recording is in advance, but it's worth it. They wash efficiently, responsible employees. There is a cafe in which it is very convenient to wait until the car is washed, a TV with cameras is installed in the same room and you can see how they wash and not stand over the soul. One of the best car washes in the city. I really like it. I planned the car wash in advance by making an appointment by phone, they are waiting for you, no one climbs into the free window even if the car in the queue ended earlier in time. While the car is at the sink, you can take a leisurely stroll along the Embankment and grab coffee, which can also be purchased at the sink. Or you can negotiate with the administrator about parking and go to the gym yourself, which is also located very close. During the entire service period, and this has been 5 years, there were a couple of unfortunate moments, but small ones in principle. 1. When washing the engine compartment, the fur coat on the hood was torn. Although it was agreed not to wash it. 2. A couple of times they forgot to wash the chrome parts, referring to the need for a special tool, in fact, they only needed to wipe the part well.

Good afternoon! I'm not happy with this car wash, and I'm not happy with the administrators and cleaners anymore! I washed the car with coating on the body. I paid 4,000 tenge. After I left the car wash, I noticed that the side mirrors were cloudy, but there was no time to go back and poke the nose of the cleaner and the administrator there. Two days later, I noticed that the car has no body gloss (pearl color), I ran my finger along the roof and here it is, I saw a miracle, but the wax remained on my finger!!! I went to the car wash to sort it out, the admin came out. the guy started telling me the opposite, that it was just dirt, but in three days the car would not be covered with dirt, since it was under a canopy and there was no precipitation, it was USELESS to talk to him about anything!!! I tell him that the wax remains on my fingers, but he just didn't hear me and suggested that I re-drive the car to the car wash and pay for the car wash myself. I HAVE A QUESTION, ARE YOU FRIENDS WITH YOUR HEAD AT ALL??? THUS, YOU JUST BURY YOUR CAR WASH. I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER. But now I'm going to tell others that the sink has gone bad. Dear owners of the car wash, PAY attention to how your admins bury the car wash and the cleaners as well. Can't tell the difference between unwashed wax and dirt?????. On a solid car wash, pestons would be inserted into the washer and the car would be washed for free! I was very unhappy with the sink and the ADMINISTRATOR too!!!!!!

I have been constantly serviced here for 3 years...and I want to say that the service has dropped a lot...the old team is almost gone....The one who washed the cars...now only money is rowing, but there is no quality and result...plus, they deceive customers that they wash as agreed...I mean a three-phase car wash...they charge money for full service and wash it as usual with one pour and wipe it with a rag...in general, I was disappointed...next time I'll think about going there or not...
