On November 7, 2021, he returned from the hotel. I had a great rest! The sea is warm, even children swim. If you say a cool hotel, then it won't even be enough - BARUT is super cool! Many thanks to all the staff for their very hard work aimed at creating decent conditions for tourists: Senior and junior management, maids, gardeners, janitors, life support workers, chefs, cooks, kitchen workers, waiters, animators.. To everyone.
No one will be left without attention in this beautiful hotel. This is the best hotel I've been to, at least.

Guleryuzlu staff and an understanding of customer satisfaction without restrictions. In all these years we've been going to five-star hotels, we've never seen a hotel where there are so many à la carte restaurants and free use in any hotel, frankly. Every meal we liked was renewed in the fastest way, again for free. Immaculate and large rooms, free mini club facilities for families with children, quality night shows were all beautiful from each other. The most excellent service and attitude from the hotel staff, and absolutely everyone - from the general manager to the waiter at the beach bar. Guest Relations Imrak sincerely helped to solve difficult issues and was heartily worried, thank you very much. Alexander from the animation team contributed great humor and was always happy to share any information. This is really the best service that I have seen in hotels of this level.

A wonderful lobby bar, where they make great cocktails, is no worse than in Moscow bars. A coffee shop with delicious desserts, the choice of which is simply huge. Very good breakfast both in the main restaurant and in the ala-kart restaurant (by appointment). High quality of all drinks, wine, beer, and spirits.
The main problem is the quality of food in all restaurants, except for breakfast. If the food in the main restaurant is just ordinary, that is, you will not starve, but you will not experience culinary delights, and this is probably acceptable, then in ala-maps dishes are not cooked for dinner, but simply heated, respectively, for example, we have never tasted worse than a loin of lamb in our lives - it is terribly over-dried. The same is true for almost all the dishes and all the restaurants where we managed to visit. Next is the reservation of ala-carte restaurants - it is almost impossible to make it. Reservations open 3 days in advance and all seats are booked using the app before 7 a.m. That is, if you arrived for less than 7 days, it is unlikely that you will be able to get there. Considering that the choice of the hotel was made precisely because of the 4 ala-carte restaurants, it was a huge disappointment.
Room cleaning, for a weak 4 minutes, and despite the tips left.
And a few more comments that do not apply to the hotel, but they must be taken into account when staying. Sunbeds - people come in early in the morning, put towels and a book, for example, and leave before lunch. If there is always something on the shore, then there will be no places on the pontoon if you show up later than 10.

We rested in many 5* hotels in Turkey, each has its own highlight, they are all good, but the Barut is beyond praise. I would like to return to this hotel once again, the atmosphere of coziness, kindness, comfort is created by people - all the hotel staff: friendly and smiling waiters, decent maids, responsive reception staff. I especially want to thank the staff, THANK YOU, the masseuse Inna, she has golden hands. I was especially pleased with the restaurant, where the recording of dishes is indicated in Russian, for tourists who do not speak English, this is a huge help. In 2020, in October, we rested at the hotel next door to the Double Tray - there is an entry in the restaurant in English, the waiters hung around only foreigners, you won't call for tea, our requests were simply ignored. Therefore, Barut is just a paradise for us! The only thing is that I would like to have a sufficient number of sun beds on the beach and not have to get up early to occupy the sun beds.I wish further prosperity, good luck and well-being to all the staff.

We had a rest in October 2022. Among the advantages: delicious cuisine, new renovation in the rooms, fairly fast Internet on site, sauna and massage. Of the minuses: it is impossible to sleep in a room with windows on the hotel, they refused to change the room, extend it before departure, too, in other hotels in Barut they did not meet this. The sun beds are very closely spaced and everyone is busy. The sun sets behind the mountain early and the whole area is in shadow. It is inconvenient to move inside the building, it takes a very long time to wait for the elevator, common areas need repair!

The hotel would be great if it weren't for the problems with accommodation. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening ("thanks" to pegasus for the 6-hour flight delay), and we were placed in an unfurnished room slightly larger than a bed. When asked to put us in a room of the category that was reserved, they replied that it was impossible - the hotel was full. We were able to change the room only after lunch the next day. Not only did this spoil the impression of the hotel from the first minutes of rest, it also smells strongly of fraud, because no one compensates for the difference in the cost of rooms of different categories for the first day. Be careful when choosing a hotel. Because otherwise it's not bad:
+ good territory;
+ bright rooms (those that have been updated);
+ a huge selection of high-quality food for every taste;
+ refillable mini-bar;
+ clear sea and lots of sun beds;
Of the other disadvantages, except that:
- sun beds occupied by towels already at 8 am throughout the hotel, to the owners of which the hotel does not take any measures;
- noisy neighborhood hotels;
- greatly reduced pools after renovation (there is no longer a large pool from the photos of the hotel).
- the huge number of stairs in the hotel building is not always convenient.

Cool! Even if the task was to find fault, there is simply nothing to do. The menu is great, the wine list is worthy of respect. The beautiful territory, the beach (although pebbly, but equipped with several steps into the water) and the hotel itself. There are many sun beds, which, with all the desire of vacationers to occupy with their towels, it is impossible to occupy everything. An excellent indoor swimming pool for those who want to swim.

Unfortunately, the rest is over, we are sitting on our suitcases. While emotions and feelings are still fresh, we decided to write a review. Maybe he will help someone in choosing a vacation destination, as the reviews of others helped me. We absolutely liked everything!!!! The rooms are large, bright, bed linen is changed every two days, and towels are changed every day. By the end of the rest, we figured out that the air conditioner can be set to the desired temperature and he will control it himself. It turns on and off by itself. You might think that this is not necessary information, but at the beginning we froze and turned it off. The staff is very polite, we didn't feel any discomfort. And in general, all the people we met or encountered were very pleasant, welcoming, all smiling, which made the mood very uplifting. The hotel is all inclusive! No bracelets, eat and drink everywhere. Indeed, there are no restrictions. There is always entertainment on the beach by the pool!!! The food is varied, and every day the focus is on some cuisine of the world. Neither a vegan nor a meat eater will remain hungry. We had a wonderful guide who took great care of us and helped us solve all the problems. Thank you very much Ali!!! If the stars add up, we will definitely go to this hotel again. The room was never changed for us, there were three of us, but it was designed for two. They work with a duty mask on their face.. we checked into a room, the balcony overlooks the Amsterdam hotel, it's very noisy! People walk along the beach and the hotel grounds and constantly offer something((((.there is no room cleaning. The food is meager and there is especially little choice at lunch! The hotel is of a very high standard. 95% of tourists are from Russia, but due to the price tag of the hotel, the profile of tourists is adequate, I have not seen a single tourist. At the same time, alcohol (the most diverse, original) is available almost around the clock. The cuisine is delicious, and the price also includes a la carte restaurants. The rooms have been updated. One heated pool + indoor pool. There is no point in going outside the territory. The water is clean, the beach is made of large pebbles, but there is a platform.

They put me in an unrepaired room, very old, the shower is broken, there is nowhere to turn on the kettle, the door to the balcony does not close, the mirrors are stripped themselves can not be seen.I sent the photo to the travel agent.A call in a few minutes and a question:- "You have settled in Barut at all, there are no such rooms there!"Unfortunately there is!!!!I was not seen or heard at the reception at all, requests for a replacement number were ignored.The guide's response was shocking :- "You have been provided with a room of the appropriate category."That was the end of his powers.Thanks to my travel agent, she tried and I was hardly moved to a room of the declared category.My vacation and mood were ruined, I dragged my suitcases around the hotel and no one helped.The staff does not understand Russian or pretends not to understand it.Meals in a 4* restaurant are not suitable.The queue, people are in a hurry, pushing to put something on their plate,take up places,fuss and jostling, breakfast and lunch are scarce, there are no words, if you passed 30 minutes before closing, then you will be hungry, the dishes are designed for the first 10 people, then everything ends, except for baking of terrible quality.There was no such unsuccessful baking in any hotel, but the hotel declares itself premium, puts itself on a par with rixos.The beach is small, obviously not designed for such a flow of vacationers.People go to take places at 6 a.m.There is nowhere to go to bed at 10 o'clock, everything is occupied.At night, the rumbling music from the neighboring hotels knocks you out of sleep, in the morning you get up broken.I didn't think this hotel was so lame, it wasn't worth the money.I know hotels are cheaper, but better.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.One advantage of this hotel is the animation, the guys are trying, well done, they work hard.
