Very incompetent employees, they are not ready to provide anything for their shoals, and there are many shortcomings!
We bought a children's wall "princess " and waited 1.5 months. As a result, instead of a rack with a chest of drawers, they brought just a chest of drawers. The quality is not very good, as if drunk people were collecting!! The staff of Gomel did not solve the problem in any way. In the store, the seller said that everything would be changed for us as it should be and twice they clarified whether we need to pay for something?- the answer was no! As a result, they recruited logisticians for the day and said that we should pay 200 rubles Belarusian! The staff did not decide anything for the convenience provided, because they simply do not care about their customers!

We ordered the Leon living room!
The managers are very polite and pleasant. They helped with the choice. They were matched in size.
The contract period was 45 days. It was delivered in two weeks. We are very satisfied. The master assembled it in a few hours.

I ordered furniture in July, made an advance payment, waited 45 WORKING days as prescribed, the facades were brought at night around 23:30, in the morning, scratches were found on ABSOLUTELY ALL FACADES during the autopsy, which cannot be hidden in any way.all facades lay on top of each other without a protective film and during transportation, all scratches and scuffs were visible on the matte surface as on a matchbox, which you can not order and remove in any way.I called the store, the store sent to the service desk, the service said they would call the factory and silence.I called several times.I sent you the confirmation photos.They said wait for the new facades to be delivered on October 7.today, on October 28, I am writing to the service, they say wait for the call from the logistician, as I understand there is nothing to wait for.The funniest thing is that the store also asks you to leave a review about the purchase. When I said that I was unhappy with the purchase with the justification of the reasons, the message was ignored. I would like to clarify that when buying, the consultant was intrusive, did not even let me stand at the door and look at this furniture, he explained everything correctly and tried to get in rather.further, it was clarified from the seller in case of a marriage where to contact, I was told to look at the mirrors with the driver and refuse immediately, and the shelves, facades are changed WITHIN 5 DAYS AND CONTACT THE STORE DIRECTLY, AND NOT TO THE SERVICE AND EVEN MORE SO TO THE FACTORY IN ANOTHER COUNTRY.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. I AM NOT HAPPY, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO JOY FROM THE PURCHASE.AND EVEN IF I WAIT SIX MONTHS LATER, THESE UNFORTUNATE FACADES WILL NOT CHANGE MY OPINION ABOUT THE STORE!!!!

Terrible store and staff. Everyone speaks so beautifully and gets into the position just to make the payment. Delivery is postponed 4 times. Sometimes their logistics are bad, then the cars break down, then someone did not give something to someone. Everyone is on their own mind. And the furniture has already been paid for and not for a small amount. And immediately the seller assured: "Do not worry 99% that they will be delivered on time, I will control everything." As a result, 1% will just be delivered someday. I had to cancel the contract. They do not work harmoniously at all. Logisticians to themselves, delivery to themselves, sellers in general in a different way. They never called or even apologized. Ugh, it's a pity to put even one star on Aksamit.

If you have a lot of time, extra money and a positive reserve, then you can try to order furniture that is promised to be delivered in 60 banking days, on the date when the furniture should be ready, no one from the store will call you, they did not call us personally, they called themselves and listened that our furniture was not shipped, next time, something different, etc. In general, you leave an advance payment, wait a very long time, call yourself, find out where and what. Well, the result:There is no furniture, time is wasted.

We ordered a table on the website, discussed the color in advance. When they arrived, it turned out that the color was not the same as it was in the photo. They wanted to make a replacement, but they did not have a table as in the photo, but for some reason the managers knew that there were differences in the goods and kept silent about it. They asked on the phone how the refund was made, and we were asked to bring a table to their store. Why we had to carry him at our own expense and on our own transport is an open question. Moreover, we had to take him to the 3rd floor ourselves, where the head said that couriers work for them on Thu and Fri. Why we weren't warned about this is also a mystery. Two stars just for making a refund
