I do not recommend it! as for me, there is more pathos and overprice! I was consulted (treatment under a microscope with further prosthetics is necessary)- I do not want to fully describe how and what happened, but if in general: the impression is negative, the doctor spoke reluctantly, all the information had to be pulled out, the information was given dryly and not professionally, there is no diagnosis and conclusion; in other clinics, which had a more friendly attitude, everything was simply and clearly conveyed to the ordinary man in the street, consultation she justified herself, the doctor only looked into her mouth and told everything clearly and to the point..here everything is different, unfortunately; what was, what was not - however, take out 40p and put it down; and I waited for this "wonderful" reception for 1.5 months ... it's a pity for the lost time, I won't go for treatment and I won't advise anyone 2 points only for the reception, good girls

A wonderful clinic! If there is a psychological trauma received from Soviet dentistry, then only in the Axisdent! Being on the waiting list, I was able to treat two difficult teeth and remove a wisdom tooth! And all this is due to the precise work of the administrators at the reception! All the specialists came into my position and I felt an individual, careful approach to my fears about dentistry! All procedures were performed without pain! I especially want to mention the work of Inna Nikolaevna Bondaruk, who did everything possible to make me feel comfortable, and her assistant, it seemed to me, survived my fear with me, because she always calmed me down when I strained for no reason!!! I visited this clinic for an appointment with Dr. Mazalkova. I was very pleased - the only doctor in the city who took care of my difficult tooth. I got there promptly for acute pain and despite the huge record ahead, the girls at the reception were able to find a place for me. I made composite veneers from Makarova I. I. The result exceeded all my expectations. Despite the fact that I spent 4.5 hours in the office, the most comfortable conditions were created for me (light music, a cushion under my head, they constantly asked if it hurt me, if I was tired, if everything was okay, they gave me a break, switched), time flew by unnoticed. And most importantly, I am very happy with the result and I can safely smile at all my 32. I am glad that I have fallen into the hands of professionals.

I signed up for this CD based on reviews.But in fact, the attitude towards customers and the manner of communication leaves much to be desired. What's on the phone, what's on the spot at the clinic. I was late for a 3D photo (I admit my guilt), I asked or they will be able to accept it. The response was positive. I was booked at 12.00, arrived at 12.20 (because I am from another city, I was traveling for the first time, the city is partially blocked due to the holiday) I went to the waiting area, in front of me was "a man from the street without a direction for a picture and without a record" (this is the word of the administrator) and a girl at 12.30. I was notified that I would come in after them. The office was empty, the girl hurried into it after the doctor's appointment, all three of us remained sitting. After this girl, a woman came, also without an appointment, after an appointment with a doctor at this clinic.All three of us were already tense, as it took an average of 20 minutes for each one. When the 3rd woman came from the doctor without an appointment, all those who were waiting began to be indignant. I realized that in the next hour or an hour and a half, I definitely won't get into the picture. The last straw was when one of the administrators cheekily highlighted the fact that I was late and would let everyone through until the office was free (a private clinic, and communication was at the level of a scoop). I got up silently and hurried out. The admin was following me. and I tried to assure them that they would take a picture of me.But how can she claim if she does not know how many more people will be sent after the reception, and they are in priority. Then why do we need directions and time recording? I am sure that if I had arrived by my time, I would not have got there anyway. I am not a conflicted person, but I will not tolerate boorish attitude towards myself. The sediment is as terrible as possible. Will I come back? Never. Will I advise? Never

In any case, do not focus on the preliminary prices for treatment that the administrator calls you, it will be 100% higher by 20 percent in 100% of cases. In the course of treatment, the place under my tongue was damaged, and blood began to flow. But I still didn't understand whether the wound was treated or not. The doctor didn't even apologize. I couldn't eat properly for 2 days. A week later, a mucocele appeared in that place. It was extremely unpleasant.

I was very disappointed with dentistry. I called and said that I wanted to give my mother a beautiful smile. In the case of mom, these are prostheses. I asked what is needed for this. The administrator said you will come for a consultation, the doctor will look, count. You can take a 3D picture on the spot. Well ok. As a result, I'm taking my mother across the city in order for the doctor to say I need a 3D snapshot😂 Well, OK, the picture costs 60 rubles in the clinic, we wanted to do it right away. But the doctor does not accept after the picture, you need to make an appointment for a consultation again (Although we were the last. What is the point of our consultation in 17 rubles? You need a picture, you will take it... and sign up again. And pay again. Rave! The administrator is sitting there for what? I asked you!

The work of the administrators is disgusting. No consultation was given. I make channels in dentistry. And it became interesting whether they give a guarantee for treatment. Because I gave almost 400 rubles for the first appointment. I called to check with the administrator. To which I received the answer: "no, we don't." I asked why I wasn't warned about this before treatment, to which the girl replied, "I don't have to do this. Here I had 70 people today, do I have to tell everyone everything?" Is this the answer at all? The administrator is minimally not warned and does not tell about the conditions. I don't care how many people you had! I am a client who has not been informed! And this is her obligation! Before I came to them, I called and asked if they had a microscope? Whether to be treated under a microscope , to which I was told that there is. I asked to make an appointment with a doctor for a consultation. And then bingo! I was booked into a doctor who doesn't work with a microscope. Is this a normal attitude towards customers at all? Due to this, my treatment lasted for 2 weeks! There are no questions to the doctors, everything is fine with the treatment. But administrators, this is just trash, I have never met such a boorish attitude towards my clients anywhere!!
