Nice hotel. In principle, I liked everything.
Of the advantages:
+ excellent, polite staff. Room service works promptly. The reception responds kindly.
+ Grohe shower system 😅
+ pillows are good
+ clean
+ heat
+ foyer interior 👍
+ 20% discount for guests in the restaurant and lobby bar
Of the minuses:
- there was an empty mini-bar (probably on my arrival)
- showers are no longer in trend. But the condition is excellent
- shampoo / shower gel can be more interesting
- there was a double bed, and the mattress consisted of two single beds. It is not convenient to sleep as a couple. Someone falls between the mattresses)

The clinic is good, everything is very comfortably located, the wards are large, all conditions are there for stay and treatment. I had a complicated operation, the service, the medical staff know their business. Of course, it's better not to get sick, but if you had to, then it's better in Aland.

... confirmed by phone the cost of the services published on the general website and recorded it for a convenient day and time. There is no price list at all on their own website.
We arrived on the appointed day - the administrator did not find an entry on the ground floor, she called someone to clarify, wrote out a "referral" to another reception. We went up to the right floor, there is another administrator, but apparently already from med.the staff. She asks to wait (while they were getting up and getting their bearings, the time for the start of the recording has already passed), and as it turned out, someone was already at the doctor. And after that, the doctor also took a short break. As a result, the reception started 20-30 minutes after the scheduled time.
The doctor did everything, explained, gave appointments, zero complaints.
We go down to the cashier - it turns out that the price is completely different, and they demand THREE TIMES MORE for payment. We ask how so, here is the website, here is the procedure, here is the price, what else is the surcharge for? At the checkout, the girl replies that they do not cooperate with this site and are not responsible for anything. When asked where then you can get acquainted with the price of the procedure, both this and others, she answers that only she has when paying.
Some kind of sur.
At the same time, the total amount is indicated in the receipt - and for the mandatory consultation of a specialist, although you know exactly what you need, and for the procedure itself, and for something else.
An honest clinic can't do business like this...
Upd: there are questions about the legality of the organization of activities. The contract for the provision of medical care was not concluded, the consent for the operation was not signed, the doctor may have opened some kind of electronic card before the last appointment, but there is no information about it, no certificate / statement / result of treatment was issued. That is, no official documents were issued at all. It was as if there was no such patient, and he was transferring money for some unknown reason.
