We stayed here when we came to take the oath in December 2020. A small cozy guest house with 6 comfortable rooms, each with its own bathroom. Everything is new, clean, and renovated. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, bathrobe, slippers, soap accessories. The hostess Galina attentively and carefully guides clients from booking to the return transfer. The breakfasts are delicious and included in the price. At the request of the hostess, she arranged for us to deliver a delicious dinner. The prices for everything are justified.

I stayed at this hotel in October for a couple of days. The price is fine, considering that breakfast is included. The location is convenient, especially when traveling from Vladikavkaz, you just ask to stop near the entrance to the city, and from there to the hotel is just a stone's throw away! The center (square-theater-government building-post office-souvenir shop-museum-temple-restaurant) can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot, or for 100 rubles by taxi.
The room is clean, linen, everything is there. Wi-Fi works well. Shower, towels, slippers.
The breakfast is hearty and delicious. The staff will kindly tell you how and where to get there, call a taxi on request or go to your room in the evening. It should be borne in mind that only one restaurant is open in the city late at night, and everyone knows which one) And so everyone uses delivery. There are beautiful vines in the courtyard of the hotel. It is convenient to get to the bus station in a 10-minute walk in a straight line through the courtyard. In terms of price-quality ratio, the hotel is decent, considering that there are currently only 5 hotels in the city...

We stayed in December, we liked literally everything! We were looking for a place closer to the military unit and the location of this hotel turned out to be the most successful - 15 minutes on foot. Very cozy atmosphere, modern furnishings in the room, hairdryer, slippers, towels, bathrobes, washbasins, refrigerator, Wi-fi. Many thanks to the hostess Galina for her hospitality, sensitivity, participation, support and real help at every stage of our stay.

The most positive impressions. We lived here for about three weeks, being on a business trip. The hotel has wi-fi, dry cleaning, a delicious and hearty breakfast is included. Each room has its own bathroom, TV, refrigerator. Pleasant interior, homely atmosphere, perfect cleanliness is maintained. A shuttle service is available. I would also like to thank the helpful staff and, of course, the hostess Galina, thanks to whom there is a hotel of this level in Tskhinvali.

In September, the family visited South Ossetia, booked rooms at the ALANYA hotel. We express our gratitude to the hotel staff! We were warmly welcomed, everyone was friendly and polite. Cozy, clean rooms, tastefully done, nice design. A homely living room, lots of flowers, creates a good mood. The hotel has all the necessary facilities, shower, soft towels, snow-white linen, TV, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, Wi-fi. Breakfast and coffee are served in the morning. They are warmly welcomed and warmly escorted off. I would like to wish prosperity to the ALANYA hotel!

The Alanya Hotel is a great place! Impeccable cleanliness, snow-white linen, spacious bright rooms, quiet and homely, reasonable prices. Breakfast is offered to the guests. An honest, unbiased review.
We write what we saw. Decide for yourself who this is a plus and for whom it is a minus.
The transfer is expensive 3000r/ car one way. It takes about 3h 30min to get from Vladikavkaz airport to the guest house. The driver is experienced and careful.
Friendly, hospitable hostess, host and staff. We were treated to homemade wine. The guest house is located directly in the residential sector, at the stage of unfinished renovation. Far from the city center. And somewhere a new repair is already needed. Ours was a 4-bed room on the ground floor at the stage of unfinished repairs: 3 beds (mattresses are old, very soft, springs are felt. They put another cotton mattress on top of them, but this does not save the situation, they promised to change one couch-sofa (the folding mechanism is broken). 3,500 rubles . per day. (Expensive for a room with such disadvantages) In winter, they clarified whether breakfast is included in the price, yes it is included. In fact, they paid for it, apparently, it is not included in the summer.
The room was checked in after 17 hours, for some reason it was not prepared for check-in: absolutely dirty floor, Windows. There was dust in the drawers of the lump. We decided to wash the room. There were guest gel, shampoo, soap. Snow-white bed linen, towels, bathrobe. There was no toothpaste and no brushes. They brought it later. The absence of a shower cabin. We still did not understand whether it was necessary or also at the repair stage. The garbage has never been removed from the room in three days. We didn't do wet cleaning, we don't know, maybe we should have asked. The TV in the room was not working. They didn't eliminate it. The mini-refrigerator is a bit noisy. There is Wi-fi. The lighting is only ceiling-mounted. There was no night light. The furniture is old and needs attention. The wardrobe is modern with hangers, door hinges require attention. The absence of baseboards, platbands. The wiring comes out of the walls, is insulated. Plastic windows, swing-out mechanism. The window requires adjustment, it is skewed. The absence of mosquito nets. Lack of air conditioning. There is a shared living/dining room with a TV. There is an opportunity for kids to cook food. Food can be ordered and brought to the guest house. You can cook by yourself or go to a cafe. The cafe turned out to be cheaper. The food is delicious, the fruits/vegetables are delicious. The bread is delicious. Free parking is available right under the room window. Terrace. A green backyard. Tent,mongal,chairs,table,chaise longue.
For us personally, worn-out mattresses have become a fat minus. Not including breakfast in the room rate. Otherwise, you can close your eyes. The price-quality ratio is unjustified.
