I've been looking for a doctor for a long time, and I've had more than one consultation at other clinics. In general, I chose this doctor based on the list of his diplomas and certificates and work experience. I've been waiting for an appointment for a couple of months. The consultation went great! I explained and showed you everything. We took a picture, looked at the mouth several times and the tooth layout according to the picture. We discussed exactly what I wanted - the doctor listened carefully to my wishes and made his own adjustments, according to the healthy functioning of my body as a whole. Next, the doctor described an action plan to restore not only the aesthetics of teeth, but also from the perspective of healthy functioning of the organs of my dental system - which not every doctor does! My expectations are fully justified. The atmosphere of the consultation was excellent, polite, friendly and tactful. Yes, the prices for treatment are not low - good treatment is never cheap. If it doesn't suit you, go to the GOS and don't be outraged by your negative reviews if you can't afford it. Every professional has unhappy clients). Choose a doctor according to your resources, both financial and psychological), not everyone goes into psychosomatics - this is life. Don't expect a professional to be cheap, especially dentistry. We all study to earn money. For a second, the consultation + the snapshot cost me 88 rubles, which pleasantly surprised me. I'll add that the consultation lasted an hour! And before that, I waited another half hour!, probably a dissatisfied customer, not only took his time and not my time, but also wrote a negative review. And the doctor was forced to consult me after the end of the clinic. Bad reviews characterize first of all the client himself, and then the doctor) So, dear customers, filter information about negative reviews correctly. I want to share my feedback about visiting this institution, since IT is difficult to call IT dentistry. From the administration to the doctors and administrators, lies, conspiracy and irresponsible attitude towards admission are felt. We were at a reception at Marinchik's in August. We arrived at the scheduled reception. And we are told that she is not working today. How? Didn't we sign up?! Marinchik apparently did not know that she had an appointment. She comes and goes when she wants and decides with appointments when to come to patients. However, later in the afternoon, the doctor was forced to come to us for a consultation, since we were from another city. A follow-up visit was scheduled for November 6th. We arrived, we were told that the doctor was delaying the appointment. We waited 30 minutes, then I asked the admin a question: when will we be accepted. She came out and then the director invited us to his place. And again he said that the appointment was canceled today-the doctor did not have an appointment :))). Although the day before the visit, we got a call and were reminded of the business card. It was an exciting ride!!!! No one joked with us like Director Aldisdent. And we left, taking into account that everyone took a day, planned a visit to Minsk. But Mrs. Marinchik apparently did not plan it. Dear Belarusians, I strongly urge you not to visit THIS institution!!!! Think about it many times, read the latest reviews. Look for clinics that are responsible and fighting for their credibility.

The service of this organization is disgusting. We were twice at a doctor's appointment with T.A. Marinchik.. The doctor's communication takes place in a careless and boorish manner, during treatment he is distracted by correspondence on the phone, then with the same dirty hands he climbs into his mouth. Given the high cost of services, you expect a high level of service, but here it is worse than in regional dentistry ... HORROR. The management should think about it, because there are a lot of other dentists where they value their patients and carefully approach treatment

I initially signed up for a doctor two months in advance, two months have passed and only the day before the scheduled appointment they cancel it and tell me that this doctor is on a business trip)))) Fine, yes???) That is, I have a serious problem, I have nowhere to pull, but I have a day!!!! They say he's on a business trip. This is the first time I've had such a case, it's a direct disrespect. They decided to offer to sign up and reschedule an hour earlier to an incomprehensible and unknown specialist, I have a desperate situation and I have already decided well, at least to someone, maybe it will be useful, I went at my own risk 🙂👌🏻 Well, what do you think, not only was they delayed for half an hour, it was scheduled for 14:00, in the end they took it only around 14:26, then the reception itself lasted a short period of time, this specialist did not really tell me anything. The reception lasted at most 10 minutes, of which he just painted and voiced the price tags for everything on a piece of paper. The price tags are sky-high, they counted about 17,000 Belarusian rubles. I brought a specially pre-made recording on two CDT discs, and the doctor told me that he wouldn't even look, they say he won't see anything there) (I didn't just do it and spend money on it) Are you laughing? This CBCT could provide answers to many questions. It is clear that you would still have to do diagnostics with other devices, but you could start with this. To open it for the sake of decency, in the end I came for a consultation! It was obvious the uncertainty of the specialist and the limitation in knowledge, so let's say that the replacement of the doctor is a bit for show) Maybe I didn't open the disks, because I don't have enough knowledge to explain anything about it) This is guesswork, of course, but how else to explain it. In general, definitely a bad impression, disappointment. I will contact another specialist 🙌🏻

I turned to the surgeon Surin on October 6, 2023, arrived from Borisov by appointment, the pain was acute. The documents for the operation were signed, but the doctor simply refused to remove me, because, according to him, he was afraid of complications. It is unclear, because Surin is declared as a highly qualified specialist. He spoke to me reluctantly and arrogantly.She left with pain and tears in her eyes. As a result, the tooth was removed by a surgeon at the place of residence, there was enough qualification. THE RESULT: A clinic with unreasonable prices and questionable specialists.

I would like to leave a review about this institution. I was in January 2024 for a consultation with a Gnatologist. Not only was the visit time delayed by 20 minutes, but the consultation lasted 2 minutes. The doctor did not even look at the results of the examinations. He said he needed a mouth guard for 4,500 rubles. Well, prepare 50000-60000 rubles at once for dental extensions. They also did not issue any conclusion. What are the amounts, CARL? I didn't find anything like that in the price list either. I called another clinic, found out how much it costs to grow one tooth, from 60 to 200 rubles, depending on the complexity, let them all be complicated, 200* 28 = 5600, 5600 and not 50000-60000. Don't go naked to this place anymore. Think again. There are enough normal Gnatologists in Minsk with a normal approach and prices!!!

I wasted money for a consultation with Bitno V.L. No specifics, only unreasonable figures were showered from the sky. They didn't even look at my conclusions from other doctors and the results of diagnostic procedures. He only needs diagnostic results, which, of course, can only be done at their clinic and pay 3000 rubles for it. At the end of the 5-minute examination, no conclusion was given. As well as the receipt for the consultation payment. As a result, 10 minutes of consultation for 40p and a spoiled mood.

Bitno's consultation was the worst consultation ever. 5 minutes of consultation and 3 minutes of a story about who dentists are. The MRI didn't even open. It was immediately clear that he simply does not own my question, but he writes beautifully on the site at home, they say, he does everything. Due to his health, there were many doctors in his life. But I would not wish such a doctor on the enemy. I do not recommend him as a specialist.
