For a budget option, it's not bad at all. But those who are used to more comfortable conditions are better off looking for something better. The room was on the ground floor. Presumably designed for 2, but the ad suggests 4. One 2-bedroom bed and one sofa that was broken and, accordingly, the 4th person had nowhere to sleep. The bed linen is clean, of course, but it's already old, with holes in places. And frayed edges. The room has a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, power supply for cooking. Of course, this is better than the budget options of the Black Sea. By the way, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea. Nearby there are budget shops and canteens.

You can live. It's a decent walk to the sea, in the heat on asphalt. Admini-I am friendly in general. Although sometimes there is no place. And a lot of things you need to additionally ask for or buy. The bed is nice.

We booked the apartment in advance through booking, since the visa card does not work, we chose to pay on the spot. On the day of arrival, I called in advance and explained to the owner that we were on our way, reminded him once again that we would pay on the spot in cash, he confirmed and said that he was waiting for us. As a result, when we arrived, he was not in place, the receptionist was sitting and said that the reservation had been cancelled. We are after the road, with 2 children, booking in Turkey does not work... They began to contact the owner, but there was no clear explanation for the act. We were offered to move into the basement in their neighboring apartments for the night, and the next day they said that the apartments on the floor above would be free for our term. So, we agreed, spent the night in the basement, waited for the next day to move to the floor above...and they tell us that they are no longer there, they handed them over while we were supposedly thinking, although we said we agreed. As a result, the owner came later with glasses and the smell of fumes and told him to leave his apartment in an hour, like this. If you do not want to waste your nerves, I do not recommend it in any case, the host is not responsible for his words and your reservation may be reset. He is a complete incompetent!
