An absolutely non-client-oriented company. I handed in the suit for filing on Friday. The woman with a slight ambergris said it will be ready next week - I will be contacted. No one contacted me - I dialed myself a week later. At the other end of the line, they reported that the master who was engaged in the costume was either on vacation or on the weekend and could not provide information about the costume. They told me to call periodically. As a result, the costume was picked up only for the third week. When asked if it was possible to pay with a card, they said that they did not want to open a cashless shift today. As a result, I paid 75 rubles, flew on a business trip in an old suit. I do not recommend it.

I do not recommend contacting this studio. They gave the dress away to shorten it, and set a production deadline of a week. On the day when the order was ready, they went to pick it up in the morning - they received only rudeness in response. They said that they should come after the call, that it was only morning and they had nothing ready.

The sign "Technical break" hangs from morning to night, although it is free and there is no break, they simply do not remove it. I will not apply here anymore.

They are very polite, but they continuously postpone the deadline for the execution of the application. It was necessary to change the lining. I can sew myself, but I don't have enough time. Everything was fine with the deadlines. I gave away my skirt.....And it began....They just didn't come up with any reasons for non-fulfillment...I came for a skirt 4 times. Finally, my patience ran out, I just demanded to return it as it is... They returned it only after promising to write a statement about the theft of the item. I gave you 30 minutes to return. The lining was cut and sewn hastily. The lining is 10 centimeters wider than the skirt. It gathers into folds. The stitching is crooked, not to the edge. The overlock stitch "chewed" the fabric...We still need to look for such crooked hands. Avoid it. Good health to you, lady. And good luck!

The down jacket was completely cleaned, which had not been washed for two winter seasons and was stained with dark gray spots from the subway and public transport, inside with blue spots from jeans and with stains from the foundation on the inside of the hood.
