I want to share my impressions of the Alevi store in the indoor market. 12/31/24 I visited this store in order to buy perfumes for a gift, I came with the specific purpose of buying certain "Escada" perfumes, I was told that they were not available, but they offered samples of other perfumes, after I tried the perfumes, so to speak, I chose certain perfumes, I was given a completely different perfume company. "Kismet", assuring that this is what is on the probe even more gentle, when asked to give a sample of these perfumes, I was told there was none, when asked to print these perfumes to understand what I was buying, the seller replied to me: "This is the fragrance as from the probe, take my word for it." As a result, having listened to the opinion of what I thought was a qualified seller, I paid for them at the checkout. The sellers, in a hurry to sell the goods to me, as it was about to close, did not even give me a receipt. When we came home and printed out this copy of the perfume, we found that it was completely different from the fragrance that the seller was talking about. As a result, the New Year's mood deteriorated due to the fact that he was deceived. I returned to the store two days later, since the store was not open the next day, I politely asked the sellers to change my perfume to the ones I had chosen from the samples, which I was refused. They said come back tomorrow when the store administration would be there, I left them the perfume data, with the aim of coming the next day. I came the next day, and already received a refusal from the administration of this store. The fact that they violate the laws of the Russian Federation, Articles 8, 10 of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 "On Consumer Rights Protection" (hereinafter referred to as Law No. 2300-1 (articles will be attached below), they also refused to violate the laws of the Russian Federation. They don't care if I leave them a review, either. They called the manager, and there was also a refusal. The fact that I will apply to the Rospotrebnadzor and the Tax Service, since they refused to issue me a check, which they keep for 30 days, they don't care either. As a result, they were rude to me, and said that it was my problem that I bought them. Unfortunately, the attitude towards people is terrible, the mood is spoiled. The attitude towards people in this store is terrible, I felt like I was in the market, not in a specialty store.
