Everything is fine: timely check-in, cleanliness, necessary utensils in the room, boiling water outside the door, there are even slippers, a cozy bed,friendly staff.Disadvantage: there was no way to call the owner at the specified number, since I was abroad (roaming), and no one answered the message by mail.We took a taxi at night at random, but upon arrival we were accepted without any problems

The hotel building is fresh, furniture, bed linen, towels are all without complaints, the bathroom is clean, everything worked
There is a cafe in the courtyard, they make delicious coffee
There is a refrigerator with drinks

1. It is clear that people were counting on a 4* hotel for the price of almost a hostel, no) this is a typical fresh clean guest house, if you want to save money and relax in cleanliness, you are here
2. Walk to the center for 20 minutes, yes, it's true, but to the noi-Ararat plant to stomp across the bridge and through the private sector, we returned at night, in general, everywhere is bright and clean, but these are not alleys of the city, keep in mind
