A very beautiful, cozy, clean hotel with good rooms and polite, helpful staff. There are large, very comfortable rooms, the price is a bit expensive.There is always water in the room, cleaning is always early. The breakfasts are good, but sometimes a little cold. There are problems with sewerage in bathrooms, but they try to fix it quickly. There are grocery stores and the Samarkand restaurant nearby. The location is good. You can order coffee in the room!

The location is fine. The rooms are large, the mattress, the bed, the cleaning are all on the level. The breakfast is not continental, but there is plenty to choose from (the usual plus the local dishes). The spa is outsourced and it's a mess. The restaurant was under renovation, but recommended the Samarkand restaurant next to the hotel. Everything is fine. There was a small repair under the windows, but not much noise. There is an adequate staff at the reception, check in! We have extended our stay until 16-00, as a gift!

The hotel is great. Even more than that. I often go on business trips to the regions, stay in various hotels. And I can say with confidence that the Alexander Hotel has surpassed all hotels combined. The rooms, interior, cleanliness and indoor temperature, breakfast, service are all just super. 👍👍👍

I didn't like it:
1) The room is huge in area and ceiling height, sparsely furnished. There is no refrigerator, desk, safe, iron
2) cleaning is not every day
3) faulty air conditioning, clogged shower heads and a terrible smell in the bathroom. I had to move into the next room
4) breakfast is meager, the vats for food are sometimes empty. They are in no hurry to fill them. The breakfast tables are dirty.
5) ATM at the reception does not accept the WORLD
6) there is not enough lighting in the room
7) dusty windows and curtains
8) we lived together, but we were given 1 mechanical key
9) there were power, water and internet outages during the stay
From the good: conveniently located, friendly staff, near the water park...
I am writing in detail for the owners. The hotel has 5 stars painted on it!!!! Get better!

The staff is polite and helpful, although there were problems with the fact that the room was forgotten to be cleaned - we had to solve it through the reception. Good Wi-fi, Russian-language channels are set up on the TV. Every day they put a bottle of water (0.5). The poor sound insulation of the rooms raises questions - it seemed that the neighbor was snoring directly under my bed!))) And such a moment: there is a water park in front of the hotel, in winter, of course, it did not work, and in summer it can be noisy...
