This is the first time we have encountered such rudeness of the staff in the work of public catering! Cooking is also disgusting. Namely, I will share more details now below. We rarely leave reviews with my husband, but the staff forced us here.
We ordered at this place twice, and both times for takeaway! The first time, about four months ago, my husband bought: burgers, nuggets, French fries, sushi, and all this was in large quantities ... when we came home, we found that a lot of things were missing, but since my husband did not take the check, we did not begin to find out anything, and wanted to enjoy the evening, but when I started eating, I was shocked!!! Almost all the burgers were with a burnt bun, and inside, instead of a cutlet, there was some kind of pate, the same taste and sushi, stale, and weathered- we just concluded for ourselves that there was no more foot! Today my husband and I decided to pick up different goodies and spend the evening watching a movie, and the devil brought him back to this place!!! Today was a terrible moment, and maybe I wouldn't have painted everything here if the usual verbal apology had sounded, but instead, they tried to make more fools of me and my husband! I'm in a hurry to share!!! My husband went to make an order himself again, but we somehow have a standard one (burgers, potatoes, sushi, sauces), the order went out at 95p, and they cooked it all for him in 15 minutes, he asked to put it in a bag, and went home without checking the order. Upon arrival home, we found that the sushi set was missing, there was not a single sauce, and the cheeseburger was not that tasteless, it also had an addition (surprise), a large piece of film, which of course I had already imprinted on memory! As it is already clear to many, patience has come to an end!!!! They began to call there, since we are from the Stolbtsovsky district, and not from the Columns, and in conversation, unfortunately, I did not ask who I was talking to, the girl answers: - "Our cutlets come ready-made frozen semi-finished products, and they come in a film, so this is normal!"
After these words, I didn't want to find out anything more! What about what was not included in the order? The girl suggested that we sniff and pick it up ourselves, to which she heard a categorical no, but here an employee of the cafe went to meet us and sent a courier to us. During the whole conversation, we didn't hear a simple "SORRY"
We are all human beings, and different things happen in life, but this rudeness and responsibility has crossed the line!!! I hope my anger will pass so as not to reach the sanitary station! The photo shows that I had to make a "piece", and then it only became clear that there was a gift 🤫🙈

We went with my husband for the first and, most likely, for the last time. One of the advantages is a delicious milkshake, although it is very small in volume. Fillet with chanterelles and French mustard is just a laugh. A thin piece of fillet with five dust-dried chanterelles under a hefty hat... From the usual mayonnaise tartare (how the French mustard turned into it, I don't know). There is also a strong impression that the staff is not particularly interested in small companies of a couple of people. While we were waiting for the bill, the waiters ran up to the companies from several families several times, constantly clarifying something and running away to bring new drinks and sauces.

Very bad) I expected more from the establishment, according to the colorfulness of Instagram. Sushi is no different from those that stand on the shelves of the refrigerator in all our well-known stores. But that's half the trouble. In each piece of sushi there is a huge fish bone, and even more than one. And seafood pizza has scales at all.
I'm writing without a joke. Frankly, I do not advise you to take anything from this institution.

If you want to throw money in the trash, order sushi at this place. The lack of competition is obvious here. For 60 rubles, we received a set delivered to our home, which did not stand next to the rolls, for example, from the same Prostor supermarket. The bones are objectively poorly twisted, dry, in fish. Baked rolls are a separate story. The hat is disgusting, it feels like it consists of 99% mayonnaise. They didn't eat it, half of the set was thrown into a dumpster. 0/10

The pizza is clearly not yours, the rolls are trash, half are relatively normal, the other half went to the trash, I do not even know how to think of it, to cover fresh rolls with rotten fudge, the rolls were to take away, so it is a pity that all this was discovered at home. And like the cherry on the cake, the waiting time is very long, there are a couple of people in the hall, but it feels like a full hall. The first and last time we visited this place.

Sushi is baked, turned out to be baked in the oven, not deep-fried, do not take chopsticks (immediately take a fork).
And it's just possible to taste it, which is almost what happened to my husband.
There is no organization for maintenance.
First, the pizza is brought, and after the plate, and after another 10 minutes, only the salad is brought. They left 100 rubles and were very sorry.

The mass of pizza is scored with dough, respectively, there is little filling. Shawarma is also twisted in two layers of lavash. The chicken is undercooked, the sauce is tasteless.
