The most miserable department I've ever been in! I came to put cash on the card (a minute thing), there were 2 people in front of me, 8 more people came after me and took numbers to specialists, as a result, everyone was redirected to the cashier without a queue and I had to sit and wait for 30 minutes! We need to alternate the numbers somehow!
