I give 2 stars only for the presence of the Alpha revenue cash register, which works 24/7 (but this is relevant only for business) On what day of the week, regardless of the time, you will not come to this department - there are constant queues and confusion. And the strangest thing is that there don't seem to be many people, but less than half an hour has never been able to sit here! It doesn't matter what kind of operation you need (payment or currency exchange/withdrawal). Slow service: specialists are always selling additional services to everyone (insurance, etc.) and spend 10 minutes of time praising what a wonderful service it is, they want a person who does not need it for nothing.

An ATM on the street does not accept new 100-ruble notes for at least a year. How long will it take for this problem to be resolved? It's bullying, you always have to go to the neighboring shops and banks to ask for a change. Since they are closed themselves. HOW LONG WILL IT LAST???
