The slowest branch in the whole of Minsk! Constant crowds of queues - especially in the evening, employees shout to each other from office to office, as in the dining room since the Soviet era - how is it at all?! There used to be a slow ATM here since 1999, now it has been removed - close this branch, please, your employees are not incompetent enough to perform their duties job responsibilities.

If you miss the crowds of people in queues, then it's a great place where HALF of the entire room (look at the evacuation plan on the wall) is occupied by two-person management offices and the same space is reserved for customer service, who don't even really have a place to sit.

После этого банка я понял, что другие банки - просто сказка: прождав в очереди 20 минут, кассу перед носом закрыли на обед.. 45 минут. Забрали столько моего времени впустую, жаль, что нет "0" звёзд в оценке

Скажите зачем делать банк с одной кассой???? В которую собираются очередь , кому то поменять деньги , кто-то ждать выручку, кому то погасить кредит и т.д. Как специально !!!! Все заняты все спешат ! Издевательство над клиентами
