Evaluation of the work of the employees of this point, specifically, those who work at this address today. At work, you have to periodically withdraw cash from the card. And since this is the nearest place where it is possible, there is a limit in ATMs, we contact a colleague at this point. At first, we were told the withdrawal limit of 5000, with only one cashier! It so happened that they got on it constantly, today it also works in the right window. When I turned to another employee in another window, no limits were announced. And after the next refusal of the same woman from the right window of the cash register, I decided to check with the bank about the limits, which, as it turned out, are not! And today, 08.11.2023, before paying me the amount on request, the girl from the left window decided to recalculate the entire cash register. I have a question, what is the attitude towards customers? Employees decided to make fun of big payments, or how to regard such behavior? Always dissatisfied faces and boorish behavior! I would love not to apply to this cashier, there would be an opportunity!
