It couldn't be worse. It is not possible to exchange currency and not waste time. For a very long, very, very long time. There are two cash desks for currency exchange, but for some reason only one works. Also, bank employees are constantly getting stuck into these cash desks with their own business. In the end, I don't recommend it. You constantly wait from half an hour to an hour to exchange money. Parking is always occupied. Don't park.

A good bank, but oh how annoying it is when they give you a currency that seems neat, after a while you go to another one to change it, they throw it at you and say that it glows all over, you check what you changed here and how unpleasant it is, you see what you give, and now what do I do with it.... in general, my favorite bank is

There were 3 cash desks open on weekends, one of them was a cash register. A large queue of people. Come to Alfa Bank and you will lose at least an hour of time.
