ATM does not work very often!!!
The population in Baranovichi is almost 200,000 people, and Alfa-Bank is only 1 !!! And there is only 1 ATM !!!
This is some kind of nightmare.
Constant problems with the ATM, because a lot of people are hammering it every day!!!
Management, install at least a couple of ATMs in the city of Baranovichi!!!
We can have another branch!!!
What kind of attitude to customers???
Probably we should go to another bank.

I don't always want to write negative reviews, but today is your day.
The ATM has been closed for 4 days. Money is neither deposited nor withdrawn. You go into the department, there are a lot of people, there is nowhere to stand. But the workers are like turtles, I'm at lunch, I'm busy. And the fact that there are a lot of people, no one cares. A call to the call center will come even more negative emotions. Waiting for 5 minutes while the employee found out why the ATM was not working and eventually said: yes, it is not working and it is not known when it will work. 👍👍👍
I close all my cards and will never return to the bank!
