I wanted to make three arbitrary payments in the bank's system. It turned out that for each payment you will need to pay 25 rubles. And this is not a commission, but the cost of the payment. It is cheaper to pay with your bank card as an arbitrary payment worth 2.5 rubles. There are no words. I just wasted my time.
