For many years, he was serviced by this bank as a legal entity and as an individual. He used various services, both loans and deposits and accounts. Everything seems to be fine until it touched upon that it was necessary to close the account. After closing the account, there was a debt, as it turned out, because I sent a letter to the bank about closing the account through the application, they considered it as a movement on the account and credited me with a monthly amount for account maintenance. Apparently they were offended that I closed the account and decided to finally charge me more. Disappointed. Now I will close all the products of this bank that I use. Now I'm offended.

A great bank, starting from A to Z! Qualified specialists, service at the level of any type of client, comfortable and cozy in the bank. Of the minuses, there is no normal full-fledged parking, but despite this, the bank's management allows you to leave your car near the building, thank you for that of course!
And yet, the waiting time is the only bank where you don'T sit in line for a long time, bravo to the bank staff! All the best!

I have been a client of Alfa Bank for a long time. I always applied to the branch on Sovetskaya Street in Gomel. Excellent service, responsive and competent staff. They will always solve any issue. I don't understand negative comments - approach any specialist quickly and clearly.
