ANALIZE SCUMPE PE CARE NU LE-AM SOLICITAT!
In data de 18.11.24 m-am adresat pentru analiza: MEPEVICAINA, ARTICAINA dar la rezulat gasesc suplimentar ACTIVAREA SPONTANA si INDUSA A BAZOFILELOR. Nu am cerut si nici nu am avut necesitate de asa ceva. Am achitat 925 lei, dar nu am fost informata ca voi primi ceva suplimentar pentru care eu achit! Asa analize costa in jur de 300 lei.
Oare clienți voștri nu ar merita sa fie cel puțin informati ce le mai adăugați in preț? DECI E CEA MAI NOUA METODA DE A INDENTIFICA PREZENTA ACESTOR SUBSTANȚE SI A SCURGE BANI DIN OAMENI!
Voi evita aceasta retea de laboratoare pe viitor.
Este prima si ultima analiza făcută la ALFA DIAGNOSTIC!

I do not recommend this clinic. I took a PCR test the other day for a flight to Russia. The result was positive! And I had a flight the next day at lunch, for restructuring I went to another clinic and passed an urgent test in 5 hours, the result was negative) when you come to Russia to calm down and make sure that everything is fine, I passed another test, and of course it is also negative!! Now I realized that the alfadiagnostok clinic only siphons off money and does tests from the head!! It's a shame that they took a lot of money and almost blew the flight!

It's just terrible, I didn't think it would be so bad. You stand in line for at least an hour and a half if you have not booked a queue in advance. The service is terrible.
