I'm sorry, you need to drag the information with ticks, there is some kind of distrust, they are trying to convict you of something. As a result, they managed to persuade me to introduce myself. We are talking about agent Svetlana Gennadievna. On my part, I was asked to provide information on the potential volume of objects for rent in the Moskovsky and Leninsky districts of Minsk, without specifics and addresses, in order to understand the approximate number of potential objects for rent (The Agency requires 200 BYN in advance, and read reviews on this scheme below). To which I received the answer that she could not provide such information, it was necessary to communicate with each specific agent to whom the objects were assigned. Besides, she said that I didn't invite you here. Is this the attitude towards customers? (note to the head).
It would seem that conclusions should not be drawn from a particular case. But, having dialed the number of this agency, I hear rudeness again in response. The employee did not introduce himself and to my question who I am talking to, the answer is – you know where you are calling! I'm clarifying: how to contact an agent, to which the answer is – we will not cooperate with you.
Conclusion. Either I was unlucky with employees twice, or there is a global problem with the culture of communication and behavior with customers. I don't need anything more from this agency, but I hope the review will help other clients, as well as the management of this company, so that the business develops, is of high quality, and customers are satisfied. I will be glad to receive feedback from the Company's management.
