On 24.07, the Violin cat was recorded for sterilization. I signed up a week before the operation at 18:30, but the administrator called me and asked me to correspond at 17:00, because the operation lasts an hour (remember this moment), and the anesthesiologist works until 18:00 and, accordingly, operations are also carried out before that time. Of course I agreed, because I understand everything.
The day of the operation has come, the guy and I break off from work, although both have a lot of work and it was difficult for us to do it, and we take our cat by 17:00. We arrive at 16:50, we are asked to sit on the sofa. Half an hour passes, our cat gets very hot and it was hard for her to sit in the heat and without water. At 5:35 p.m., I ask why we still haven't been called, to which the administrator replies to me: "We have a lot of emergency operations today." This is absolutely understandable and I am very sorry for people who had such circumstances that they had to operate on their beloved pets urgently. But I have a question for the administration, why couldn't I have been warned in advance? Why couldn't we have said as soon as we arrived that we would have to wait about an hour? Why are we sitting and waiting for something?
At 17:45, our cat is finally taken away and they say that the operation will last two hours (remember the hour, right?) and that we come up after that time. Well, okay, it's necessary, so it's necessary. We arrive two hours later and wait another half hour in the hallway (initially we were told that the operation lasts about 20 minutes). They give us a cat, give us an estimate for payment and a gift in the form of a small package of food, which the doctor asks me to scan at the reception. I go up to the reception and tell the receptionist about it, to which, in an extremely rude form, she tells me: "Girl, wait!". Well, yes, I didn't wait an extra two hours today)) And of course there is another question about payment. The site says so coolly that sterilization costs 82. Of course, I'm not stupid and I understand that the cost of anesthesia and consumables is also added there. But when I saw the cost of 311p, I was very surprised. And no, I don't mind the money for my beloved pet, but I have a lot of questions about the estimate (for example, a therapeutic examination for 34 rubles).
In general, they didn't even apologize for all this, and we left home at 20:00, arriving at 16:50. Will I ever come here again? No way. Will I recommend this clinic to someone? No.

I really like the branch on Karastoyanova. A calm and polite girl at the reception, a lot of staff, there is a small veterinary store. We walk with a cat, our wild lioness has a large intimate area - she won't let everyone near her.

I highly DO NOT recommend this clinic (Karastyanova, 2) to anyone. Today we had an ultrasound scan in the direction of another clinic (they temporarily did not have the opportunity to perform the procedure, and this clinic was within walking distance). As soon as I opened the door, some ill-mannered woman (without a badge, but most likely an employee, because she knows the schedule of specialists and was without a pet) began to behave extremely boorishly. She offered to come in and immediately began to resent why I came in, and that I needed to stop right on the threshold (which was occupied by her and she just had to go around) and it's worth calming down. I didn't have time to say a word. When it was our turn, we went into the ultrasound room and it was time to get the kitty out of the carrier, the doctor's assistant began to adjust "faster, faster" and all this in 30 seconds. The kitty was already coming out of the carrier and I had to explain that I did not intend to scare the sick animal. The doctor himself did his job perfectly, and I want to express my gratitude to him. The girl at the reception is also nice and polite. In the evening, my cat choked, as it turned out later, on a round chicken bone that got stuck between his teeth in the upper palate. I tried to get something with my paws myself, but nothing happened... and foam started from my mouth and I couldn't help him in any way. And at 20:50, Quickly gathering up and putting the cat in the carrier, my son and I flew into the clinic at 20:59 with cries for help.
And they didn't refuse us! Not on the first try and not in five minutes, but the girls managed to help our pet! The bone was removed in six hands) and, after telling about all the precautions, they were allowed to go home.

It's a terrible place! I don't know if I can forgive myself for entrusting our pet's life to these people. During the 4 days of treatment, we had 3 doctors replaced. When the cat was prescribed ivs and injections, she was getting worse every day. And only on day 4, the third doctor (!) said that this therapy was not suitable for her and could kill her. At that moment, the kitty began to have pulmonary edema. There was one answer to all my questions: "I wasn't on shift these days." Now, having recovered from the shock, I began to study all the statements, and saw that the cat, although it had an inflammatory process, was not fatal. On the first day, there is a good temperature and only a slight dehydration (due to diarrhea). In the statement that I asked for on the bill, some items are put down several times (for example, a patch that was on one foot only). Right under the drip, the cat was getting worse, but the doctor told me that she was just overheated with a hot water bottle. Please do not trust these people with the health of your pets. It's just a drain of money and nerves.
