The cuisine is quite tasty. The waitresses are good, they run often and bring everything quickly (at least this was the case with a small workload).But the guards are full of trash, with the syndrome of the watchman, it feels like you're sitting in some kind of zone, not a cafe. They're running around the room around the table every minute, they're just fucked up, to be honest. There was a case where they were not allowed to enter the institution in sneakers, although they themselves are worn in cross-country shoes and sportswear, and as a visitor, these double standards are not pleasant to me. + There are a million of these guards there, either they all work there, or they are friends of the guards there, hanging around the doorsteps, but sometimes you can't get past the wardrobe because of them. Everything seems to be more or less, except for the boorish thrash guards who pretend to be God knows who there.

For a spoiled mood and rudeness, come here! And now for more details. We ordered a table in advance for a company of 6 people (two from another city) to celebrate a birthday. They came in the evening on day X and immediately attacked us from the threshold with threats that they would not let us into the hall, because one of the guests in denim shorts (I will clarify in the afternoon + 30, in the evening + 20). We have not heard any proposals to resolve this issue, nor apologies for the fact that the administrator did not warn about the alleged "Dress code" in the institution. Also, this information is not on their Instagram page, how can the guests find out about it?! We would wear evening dresses and business suits. Moreover, the place was empty, a couple of guests in the corner and one table with a sign "Reserved" (apparently ours) was all... It's at 11.30 pm. At our request to solve the problem, the director came out, as it turned out later, in a boorish form expressed his dissatisfaction that everyone would go to them in anything because of us. Which I had to answer in writing in the book of complaints and suggestions! For this, our friend, who subscribed to them on Instagram, was blocked! After this, it is difficult to expect pleasant service in this institution.
PS: we still had a great evening, but in another bar, where guests are welcome.

The kitchen has been serving for a very long time. We carried 4 Greek salads and cold cuts for almost 40 minutes. The waiters are not very polite. I didn't like that people with cocktails were allowed on the dance floor. Not everyone was sober and cocktails were splashed on the dancers. Otherwise, it's not bad, there are no questions for the DJ)

In general, everything is not bad for Zhodino, there is a staff (namely a red-bearded young man, a cloakroom attendant or whoever he is) who does not quite understand that his job is to serve guests who bring money to the institution, and not to ask incomprehensible questions.

. On Saturday, 24.08, I flew from Amsterdam to Zhodino for one day on business. In the evening, my friend and I decided to go to your cafe for dinner, but unfortunately we never got inside, the thing is that the entrance in sneakers and culottes in the cafe is prohibited. I asked the security guard (administrator) to give me the director's contact, to which he refused, referring to him as a decision-maker. Moreover, I tried to clarify what offended him about our appearance and why such discrimination, he just laughed in my face. This is the first time I have encountered such rudeness and inappropriate behavior. I have been living in Europe for many years and I can go to any 5* restaurant like this. Even in Minsk, a couple of weeks earlier, we visited many establishments in a similar outfit (Kamyanitsa, Kuhmistr, Union Coffee, etc. Probably, it is not profit that is important for the Alfakir establishment, but something else. I think it's more honest to provide information on Google and Yandex that not everyone is allowed to enter your cafe so that people don't waste time on the road and finding out.

We had a rest at your place. Everything was fine until there was a conflict with the guards. Initially, the guard accused us of stealing the folder where the account was located. We asked to bring us a duplicate invoice, as we were about to leave. They didn't count on us for a long time, they told us to look for a folder. We asked the cameras to look at where this folder had gone. But the guard continued to insist that we had stolen it, exposed us as thieves in front of a full hall of people, and examined bags there. As a result, the bill was brought, and we paid off. But the second guard, Alexander, came, found a folder under the next table with us, and no, to apologize that we were made thieves, he began to accuse us that we had planted it there. The conflict was brewing. The waitress girl tried to settle the conflict and apologized. But Alexander began to provoke us already on the way out, when we took the jackets. He was rude, turned to shouting, said that he would be happy to personally come down and bring a book of complaints, claimed that we were inadequate. It remains unclear to us how a person in the position of a security guard, who should resolve conflicts and prevent them, set him on fire himself. They did not apologize to us and blacklisted us according to the guards.
The rudeness of the guards, disrespectful treatment and unfounded accusations crossed all the lines. We ask you to look into this situation and inform the guards what is required of their position. Thank you.

I was passing through the city. Not a bad place, good music, delicious food. The only thing that spoiled the impression was the guards. It feels like they were just recruited from the street.
