Please avoid Aliadent Istanbul clinic my husband had a very bad experience with this clinic. The first time he had crowns installed which broke after 2 weeks, we went to the second time to fix it, so they made him sign first the documents that removed the warranty and responsibility from their clinic and only then started to correct their mistakes. And if the first time when we paid money for all the work they treated us very well, then the second time we just ignored, the work was done terribly badly. They offered to remove healthy teeth in order to install implants. They did everything possible to make us pay more than the agreed amount. Now my husband is at home, his teeth are in place, but he cannot eat because every time he eats he bites his lips, this has never happened before. There is a big space between the crowns and gums where food gets in and starts to rot, odor from the mouth, the mouth does not close normally, everything is skewed, in the end there are no teeth and no money. We are very, very sorry that we went to this clinic, before coming to them we studied the whole internet, looked for reviews but nowhere wrote that they are NOT COMPETENT and work badly. Now they offer us to come one more time but we refuse their terrible services, we offered them to return us the money we paid for poor quality work but they refuse, so now we are preparing documents to sue them in court, write complaints to all possible authorities so that they can no longer deceive people who rely on their services. Avoid this clinic because you will remain not just dissatisfied you will be left without teeth and without money. The worst thing that could happen to me is the Aliadent clinic in Turkey. Absolutely incompetent doctors who will happily remove healthy teeth and install implants in their clinic. I sent my dental X-ray in advance and agreed on the necessary work, the price, and they set a deadline of 10 days for the work to be done, a Hollywood smile. I arrived on September 23, and they offered to extract one tooth from the front lower jaw and remove the nerves from two other teeth. I immediately said that I felt discomfort. No certificates or guarantees were given to me. Unfortunately, two weeks later, my teeth broke in the exact spot where the tooth was removed, the gums receded, and a hole formed between my jaw and teeth. I will attach a photo. Of course, I contacted the clinic to explain the problem, but they tried to convince me that it was not their fault, and I could come at my own expense to pay for all the costs, and they would redo the teeth for me. Arriving at the clinic, I was able to convince the doctor that the teeth were damaged due to their fault, because of the rush. It would have been correct to leave it to heal and for the swelling to subside for about two months after the tooth extraction, and only then take measurements. But they set a deadline of 10 days and did everything possible to meet that deadline. It is clear that this is beneficial for them: more clients, more money. When I arrived for the second time from London to the Aliadent clinic in Istanbul, on the first day, I was kept in the clinic from 11:00 to 22:00 without anything being done until I signed papers, after which they do not provide a guarantee and shift the responsibility onto me. I refused to sign these papers as it was their poor quality work and substandard zirconium. When they realized that I wouldn't sign such a paper, at 10:00 PM they started removing the remaining healthy teeth, and they said that I needed to remove another 2 teeth in order to install implants in their place!!! at my expense. So at 10:00 PM they took measurements for the new crowns and sent me to the hotel where I stayed for 3 days. From his face, I understood that he himself was not satisfied with the work of his doctors. After 2 weeks, they offered to come for a third time at their expense, and they would fix everything, which means they acknowledge their poor work, but I no longer trust them. I categorically DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CLINIC Aliadent Istanbul, you will end up both without money and without teeth, and it will be more expensive to redo the work after this clinic!
