Now prices for equipment in Belarus are inadequate, even in the Russian Federation you can buy it much cheaper. It saves that there is still competition and you can count on discounts.

I would like to note that when buying an air conditioner, we were very satisfied with the seller's guarantee for high-quality after-sales service and service. However, when trying to take advantage of this advantage, we encountered some difficulties. When calling the company with a request for air conditioner maintenance, we were asked to contact an outside specialist who answered with poor communication quality and informed us that they had a season and would be able to help us only after 1.5 months.
We contacted the company's management, but the situation has not changed. There is a lack of efficiency and consistency in solving advertising guarantees, which causes some dissatisfaction.
We hope that the company will take measures to improve the quality of its services and provide customers with more prompt and high-quality service.
