Oleg Strechen is a lawyer/lawyer with whom I dealt. It was necessary to collect a large amount of money from the debtor on the promissory notes. The court was won, the debtor was banned from traveling outside Belarus and driving vehicles. That was the end of it. For each application/departure, the lawyer charged $ 135 in rubles. Subsequently, no matter how much I asked what to do next and what our plan was, there was no clear answer. It was necessary to continue to engage in enforcement proceedings, arrest the debtor's legal entity, describe the property, but none of this was done. It feels like Oleg just got tired of doing my job at some point. In general, I highly recommend this office because they do a minimum for a large amount of money and then they just dynamite you.
