I ordered ceilings from this company for the entire apartment, 3 rooms, installed 2 guys I don't remember the names, punched the wiring in one of the rooms, then came out with surprised faces and questions oh, what did you have there was no light?)))) okay, they fixed it, a year after installation, in the largest room, the fixtures came out, i.e. It looks like they are now tearing this ceiling, the installation technology is clearly broken, I informed the manager Pavel about it, the number in Viber, says this is not a warranty case, it is through the cracks in the base ceiling that the tension tightens)))) it is necessary to put an additional vent grate for a fee, my question is whether there will be a guarantee that it will fix something, there is still no answer, now I have contacted my lawyer, I plan to do an independent examination and go to court

The company has stretched the ceilings well and installed fixtures except for connecting one point. However, during operation, one of the spots popped out and hangs on the ceiling. I called the company and asked them to come fix the slack. It turned out that they can only carry out such work until 16:30. Because I can't be at home before 18:00, I was placed on some kind of schedule list, in which I am currently about 3 weeks. The company says it is very busy and cannot come, or quoting a company representative, "It's the holidays now. Sooo everything has been inundated since the beginning of November! We'll adjust to you in the afternoon)". In other words, there is practically no normal after-sales warranty service in the company. If suddenly you have something wrong with the ceilings, you need to leave work and wait for a company specialist, and then they will adjust to you during their working hours
UPD: after posting the review, the company contacted and informed that the installer would arrive, because by a happy coincidence they would suddenly work in the next house, in the evening he would dial, drive up and solve the problem. But the next day they said that they had to postpone it for another day. However, there was no call or another postponement on the final day.
