I live in the house where the store is located, so I often visit it. I am constantly faced with a problem when buying products, the store does not have simple processes. Many products do not make their way to self-service cash desks, you have to ask for help, which is sometimes completely unavailable. In the evenings (especially on weekends), self-service cash desks are constantly closed, one cashier serves a queue of 5-10 people and does not get up from his seat. You have to go with 2 goods and a card to the general queue, where people have cash and full baskets, If earlier the guard could at least help with unblocking the self-service cash register, now you will not get help. Lots of rotten vegetables and fruits, broken eggs, and a meager selection of meat. The store has a high traffic capacity, but customers are often unhappy and choose other store chains. Take at least some real adequate measures!

Advice to those who are going to look there for shopping: add 20 minutes to the planned shopping time. 1-2 cash desks are open, self-service cash desks are practically not working. I was already returning a spoiled chicken, my husband brought home a spoiled green onion today (photo attached). However, I was very wrong about your store. An hour ago I was in the Almi of Dzerzhinsky. My purchase was rather big, almost 100 rubles. I was standing in line at the checkout and there was a guy in front of me. Suddenly, when approaching the cash register, he turned around and left. I thought the cashier said that the cashier was closing and asked the cashier if she was working. Box office 11, if anything. The cashier barked at me so hard that I was speechless. CAN'T YOU see that????? Is this the seller's response????? She wanted to keep quiet, but she was supported by some drunk she was serving.
