Nice apartment hotel. It was previously called the "Sea Tower". It is actually located right on the central Karmiel beach of Haifa. Our room was two-room (bedroom + living room with kitchen). Everything you need for everyday life is in the room (2 hotplates, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, hair dryer, 2 TVs, dishes, cutlery). There is free Wi-Fi (very fast!) in the room and in the lobby on the ground floor. The view from the windows to the sea is amazing. Towels are changed every two days. There is no room cleaning (only before check-in). There is no safe in the room. The administration solves minor problems very quickly (the non-working kettle was changed 10 minutes after the request). There is no rest in the hotel at all. Everything is solved by phone (via WhatsApp in English). The hotel has Russian-speaking staff (maids, security guards at the entrance). There is a phone at the reception desk for calling a taxi (if you know Hebrew), but the taxi may not arrive. Simply because taxi drivers have no desire to go to the specified address. Or even the dispatcher does not pick up the phone at 7 a.m. Probably all taxi drivers are asleep at this time. To use the elevator, a special card is required, which is issued upon check-in. Without it, you can only take the elevator down to the exit. There is a garbage chute next to the elevators (there are 6 of them in the hotel - 3 in each wing), which is convenient. There is currently no cafe or restaurant in the hotel itself, but there are many of them down by the beach and on the lower floors of the hotel building from the outside. If you do not want to cook in the room, you can always find a place to eat. Very tasty pizza at Salvador Dali cafe! You can also play billiards there. Of the disadvantages of the hotel, except for the lack of a reception and a safe, these are cockroaches ☹️ There are not many of them, but they are there, they spoil the overall impression. In general, I liked the rest.
